The meals was OK. Nothing at all to rave about actually. I've just had far better ones somewhere else and in Manila, you have lots of selections for Korean. They were very generous with the appetizers though.

I asked for drinking water while my children had their very own orders of beverages. I had not been given any so when i questioned another server for drinking water she put 4 empty eyeglasses and a pitcher up for grabs. Once the soup came my hubby asked theserver to place it in 2 independent bowls instead. He simply place 2 empty bowls and a serving spoon before us. Meaning we have to take action ourselves. We have there been at around 10 pm on jan 13, 2015. Only 2 some other tables had been occupied and they cannot serve us well. How big is the meals servings were little. My children didnt like the way the bulgogi tasted. Costly compared to additional korean restos we usually dine in. And finally, when we stood around leave , we approved by the waiter who was simply serving us rather than a word of many thanks from him. Just what a waste materials of our time and money! I would Not advocate this resto.

Finally got about to looking into Maru. The meals and service was great, they have all of the usual menu products. I love the décor and atmosphere and specifically loved the exhaust program they make use of over every desk, I didn't depart with my clothing smelling likeBBQ.

Their food is great, but I have already been to various Korean Restaurant and their food isn't that taste of Korean. I am searching for a traditional flavor of korean foods. Their dish appears to have a twist already. On there menus they don't really haveRice cake and Dark Bean Noodles, which very popular in Korea. But still I'm keep on time for this place, exactly why? They will have comforting place plus they are very clear evaluate to others. I have to say that their assistance is semi fine eating. Could be that is furthermore the key reason why the flavor is different. The place isn't hot even though most are grilling their food. This restaurant have class this is why I keep returning. I am wishing to include rice cake and dark bean noodles with their menu.
