We'd some relatives check us out inside our hotel (Fairmont Resort) and I made a decision to get some lunch. We went to the meals court section of the Landmark that was just across the street from our resort and found Lydias Lechon. We like Lechon soordered some from their website with rice for all of us all to talk about. Then i went and purchased our desert of Bibingka and Puto Bonbon from Ferinos Bibinka that includes a small stall close to the supermarket. The Lechon was pleasant but had not been as nice because the Lechon we'd in Cebu that is the very best Ive ever tasted.

This is where you will get to taste authentic Filipina roast pork. The roasted epidermis is slim and crispy. Very tasty. Value for money.
