Arrived in Manila through LAX and has been exhausted, but wished to push away the jet lag simply by venturing around BGC. Discovered Luna also it was an excellent find. Ordered Tapsilog also it was tasty and gave me simply the kick I had a need to continueexploring the town. Service was awesome. Amazing presentation and tasted better still.

I would consider this location as more of a Filipino Fusion Diner when compared to a coffee shop. Given, the locally roasted Philippine coffee beans are the draw, however the quiet, oaky disposition of the area lends itself properly to a quiet discussion or a lengthy contemplativespate of reading through. The meals tries: Flat loaf of bread pandesal with longanisa along with other interesting assumes Filipino dishes aren't poor and worth a flavor for your time and effort, but it's even more atmosphere and arabica which will bring you back.

Trying this spot is really a mistake. First, I simply wished to ask a issue about the menu from the staff who passed at that time told me to request the cashier , therefore i said "can't i simply ask a question?" When we purchased thereis no non dairy choice nd no non extra fat too. The meals taste ordinary.this type of mistake!

Too pricey. Espresso and food had been unremarkable. Breakfast didn't even include free espresso. I don't keep in mind what we had it had been flakes something.

From the service to the meals, everything we encountered in this overpriced Filipino-fare cafe was mediocre at best. We ordered the Barako espresso at Php130 the cup. It was the oily, overcooked taste I have arrived at anticipate from Barako, the espresso from Batangas. But what disappointed me probably the most was what sort of server plopped the espresso on our incredibly cramped and tiny desk. She positioned it on the advantage completely unceremoniously. Once we ordered meals it sensed like we had been the responsibility of her life simply because she informed us that people had to cover and purchase at the counter. We ate a spam and cheese grilled sandwich (Php220). It got them a quarter-hour to make it also it appeared as if somebody had stepped onto it. I’ve had much better pressed sandwiches in the home. It was included with soggy, unseasoned camote chips. Overall we certainly didn’t enjoy our merienda with Luna. The place is usually cramped and over created. The food isn’t specific. All that could’ve already been forgiven, though, or even for the haughty and unhelpful mindset of many staff they will have chit chatting and hanging out their already restricted walkways. The good thing concerning this place is that it's definitely a location that values local Filipino dishes, both traditional and trendy. If that's something that you are searching for then this location might scratch that itch for you personally in the event that you aren’t repelled by the prices (pandesal with longganisa for Php180!!!).

Totally loved the crispy tapa! The ambience of the restaurant will need you back in its history aswell. It gets just a little crowded during lunch time so much better have your chairs reserved or you would be eating beyond your restaurant.

Got the longanisa w rice. The presentation is wonderful and the program is good however the flavor of the meals is common. It did arrive w a horseradish sauce that additional some kick to the taste.

It feels thus lonely inside. After all, coffeeshops are not usually noisy, but this location is merely so gloomy.

First time coming residential to Manila after surviving in US for quite some time. We happened in which to stay BGC area and discovered this place searching for classic Filipino breakfast tapsilog. The area had just opened therefore we had been the only clients. We weregreeted by employees, tackled as "sir","ma'am"and seated immediately. The place is little but cozy and contains outside seating. AC temp had been just right. We purchased crispy tapa, lechon kawali and pancakes. The crispy tapa had not been the typical garlicky flavor I has been expecting. it had been more on the nice part, but to tbh, it had been good. I'd assume this location is even more on the Filipino fusion cuisine catering to the palates of BGC expats inhabitants and workers. Among the orders had been incorrectly served (purchased garlic rice but offered with plain rice). It had been rapidly rectified though. Their costs are reasonable. I would recommend this place.
