Terrible food and horrible service. Came right here for Chinese New Yr buffet but very dissatisfied. Expected a four superstar resort to be some regular. We have been given wooden chopsticks rather than proper types. Jellyfish dish isn't fresh at all. Collection of meals is extremelyterrible. Offered lipton tea rather than Chinese tea. A large NO for a Chinese cafe. Waiters and waitresses aren't keen in helping. Out of my six nights within Davao, I considered to end my vacation with a best food, but were left with he worst. Must have just visited Mesa or some eating place in SM Mall. Management of resort please do something positive about it. Thank you.

Noticed the advertisment at the Marco Polo (Davao) lobby inviting guests to use their Sunday dimsum buffet. Since we didn't have anything special prepared, we reserved a desk and ready ourselves for an unlimited sampling of bite-sized savory and lovely treats. To qualify(and impressively therefore), it wasn't all dimsum.There is an array of soups (the poultry and corn was excellent), fried rice (salted fish version was really flavorful), smoked and cured meats and desserts (the buchi was served warm with melt in the mouth area mung bean filling). These were all great complements to all of the dimsum served. As normal, the Marco Polo services was impeccable. Individuals were at their nearly all courteous and effective. We were among the first guests to reach and it just got 30 minites for the area to fill with families enjoying great dimsum together. Too poor it had been only for a restricted time...

The waiter rip you off and i assume try to pocket the amount of money. Gave us a 4 inches crab told people it was 1kg... zero proof the scale. therefore he said okay i believe 500 grams. My guest would of already been 300 to 350grams. I eaten good enough crab to observe how heavy it must be. We had been the only real customers there from 6pm to 8pm. We inquired for live life lapu lapu. We obtained frozen. The waiter has been too stupid to say "we dont have reside so we will offer you a frozen one that flavor like something you flush in a toilet. There grounds why no-one goes here. We offered it the opportunity and imagine this resto find yourself closing down. Without customer the shares will just be held frozen and rot. Never returning here. Last period was three years ago. Imagine this time will undoubtedly be when its a fresh resto. They never wanted to cancel the seafood or crab.
