    We visited the Lombardi's in Shangri-una Edsa Mall for the Sunday lunch time, had Quattro Fomaggi, Quattro Salumi, Spaghetti con Polpettine, Fettucine alla carbonara, Parmigiana de Malanzane and Minestrone soup. Among what we ordered we'd rate Quattro Formaggi and Fettucine alla Carbonara a 4out of 5, Parmigiana de Malanzane 3 out five because of being served just a little cold for the taste, others are forgettable. The price is really a bit high for the worthiness we got, the only real redeeming factor may be the scoops of gelato sampler cost-free.

    Following the fifth time, it may be the last. We arrived in sunday lunch time and the the majority of the cooks and servers emerged after us, plenty of what we loved ordering had been unavailable. Salad has been soggy. Talk about getting unprepared Sunday lunch time. And youcould listen to the servers and prepare argue. We should've walked out. You then find out they became section of a chain of dining places. Where's the Italian chef who utilized to mingle with the clients? It was good although it lasted.... For under 1 year....

    My father ordered Saltimbocca Alla Romana, a primary course with Scalloppini Poultry, Prosciutto and Sage while mother had Pizza Aisalumi enriched with lavish tomato sauce, mozzarella with Italian Ham. For the best niece, Spaghetti con Polpettine appeased her. If however you like thincrust pizzas, then Lombardi’s is a good place! They’re not that extravagant about toppings However the spices were flawlessly harmonious and weighty. The meat was finely blended with spices that tested me and my mom’s inquisitiveness in cooking and food tasting. The cuisines were extremely appetizing that father even suggested us another at Lombardi’s on mom’s birthday.

    My friends and We had supper at the Shangrila branch of Lombardi's. The area was well lit however the AC was cozy. I suggest they switch the AC up because their brick stove emits heat in to the dining region. The cushion on the sofa areais also too gentle which means you end up needing to sit up actually right to have your meal. We'd Affettato Misto and Mozzarella in Carrozza for antipasti. We were holding good. My just critique had been that I acquired to spit out a big grain of rock salt. I suppose this was useful for seasoning the greens. We'd the Fettuccine Alla Carbonara, that was really disappointing. No cheese or egg taste whatsoever. It simply tasted like bland lotion and oil. We'd to put lots of parmesan to create this edible. We furthermore ordered new pasta with dark truffle oil (I cannot find the title of the dish on-line) but were told they ran out of refreshing pasta. We furthermore didn't flavor the truffle in the dish. It simply tasted like a large amount of toasted garlic. The only real redeeming aspect for these pasta meals has been that the pasta had been cooked al dente. For pizza, we'd Alla Siciliana and Prosciutto E' Funghi. The Alla Siciliana lacked anchovies. I just tasted a very several hints. The Prosciutto Electronic' Funghi came almost one hour past due into our food. I had to check out this up 3 x and nearly cancelled it easily weren't told that it had been already food preparation in the cooker. The marinara sauce has been the only thing impressive about these pizzas. The crust had been very slim and light but didn't have the crunch you'll expect from this type of thin pizza. I considered ordering gelato however the tastes weren't properly labeled and the personnel had to ask one another what tastes were which. I took it as an indicator that they didn't value their gelato and that I shouldn't either. We spent almost 2500 for meals that tempted our eye but disappointed our tastebuds.

    I actually accompanied my daughters for the pizza getting action at Lombardi's andI was nevertheless full because we originated from a buffet lunch time.     This review is for the Lombardi's restaurant at the ShangriLa Mall new wing. If you would like Italian food that preferences just like the one served in Europe without needing to spend a fortune, this is actually the spot to go. The seafood pasta (Frutti di Mare) isas great as it will get. The chef's special pizza (Rustico) can be worth trying. Surprisingly also the home wine (white) is great as well. The gelato will cap your dinner nicely. Service is excellent plus they serve your meal at a good speed. The calamari is an excellent option for appetizer. The setup is interesting with your kitchen visible and witty pictures on the wall (photographs of Hollywood actors turned sepia to check faux Italian vintage), which twist could possibly be lost of all customers. It isn't fine dining but even more of an informal place.

    the place isn't that crowded situated at the exteriors of robinsons magnolia. a waiting around staff members welcomes us and provided us our chairs. we purchased their bestseller pizza and pasta. aside from the soup (which we will often have before anything) we can not think how fastour orders emerged, for some great italian dining. i just had several bites of these welcome breads.... the pizza will be superb....slim crust and crunchy with bursting flavors however, not too overpowering....everything i really like in the pizza. pasta is actually comforting that provides you a hot hug every flavor. its a bit pricey but i believe it is still fair and i don't brain. i'm really satisfied. i also like their openly transparent cooking area showcasing the brick-cooker and spotless steel counter top. we went home complete and happy.

    The menu appears tempting. You can find good choices however the real servings are typical looking and typical tasting for everything you pay for. Servers appear bored and so are very slow. You can find other dining places.

    It's my first-time in Lombardi. My pal and I decided to test it out for. It was a good try and we'd a nice dinner. We purchased a Rustico pizza and a carbonara pasta. 3-4 individual to share (me, my pal, her 2yoson and a yaya). Fine servings for us... Overall we enjoyed our food...

    It was my first-time eating at Lombardi's inside EDSA Shangri-la. Their place was close to the escalator to the primary wing so that it was quite secluded, only some individuals passing by the cafe so when we have there been only few individuals were consuming. The servicewas excellent though I think these were understaffed as there is only 1 waitress in the eating area and one making the espresso however the food was excellent specifically their pizza and their pasta. The desserts had been mini sized plus they were great also.
