First-time was superb, clearly 5 stars. However the fifth time will undoubtedly be my final until i hear much better news. Arrived on a sunday early morning, they were open up but waiters and cooks arrived late, lots of products on the menus were nit available. Chat aboutplanning. Salad has been soggy and tasteless (i emerged for the salad). I quickly note that they now participate in a "chain" of dining places, when I valued their "independence" probably the most. Where's the Italian chef who utilized to greet and go out with customers? Right now the restaurant is merely section of a chain...

We came for the late lunch on the Sunday . Our band of three had been the only types dining . We were provided their rib attention steak promo , which are usually offered with pizza and appetizers. The purchase took almost half an hour, it had been notmade medium well , therefore we just requested for a re-prepare, or if that's their interpretation of what they produced, that is bloody , we requested for a done well variety instead. Support is very poor, these were not attentive, it appears they are comfortable communicating with one another. Also requesting condiments or drinking water refill appear to be a difficult task for all of us. Please take notice that we will be the just diners in this said to be classy Italian restaurant. So when the head waiter questioned us if we liked the food and experience , we're able to only provide a sarcastic smile. Much better attempt the branch at Shangri-la East wing , unless they will have their personal meltdown as well .
