Black Paella & Callos for the win!!! Always a pleasure to dine here, especially with the waitstaff speaking Spanish for your entertainment!

We are regular customers of Las Paellas in Festival Mall, Muntinlupa. The restaurant is small and the ambiance is not that good. However, the Spanish food that they serve is better than the Spanish food that we ate in Madrid, Spain. I particularly love theirPaellas and callos. Try their chicken and mushroom pastel, breaded fish fillet, and bulalo steak - very good too. Do not forget to cap your meal with a frozen brazo with coffee and their delicious churros. We always look forward to eating out at Las Paellas.

I love the fried squid tentacles as an appetizer. Followed by the pork steak with mash potato. The food are very tasty. Though i wasn't satisfied with the paella marinara, ALBA makes better paella. Still, despite one drawback we will again visit the place nextweek to try other menus and desserts.

tried their paella valenciana which I got for take-out and it was delicious & well-made. Would probably go back and try the other paellas. According to the waiter, one paella dish would require 30 minutes cooking time though I am not sure if this wasjust because of the many people eating there at the time? Lots of mosquitoes inside the restaurant at the time I was there. Parking would be at the numerous parking slots available at Festival Supermall which can be problematic at times.

The paella was just superb, including the callos and ox tongue. Recommending to try the dark ink paella.

Has been a long time since I went here, but one thing I must say, their paellas are delicious! I have tried three of their specials, valenciana, negra and marinera in different visits, but every visit was well spent. :)

Go for the Paella Marinera if you like seafood. My fave. 😊 You can also try Paella Negra with squid ink. Careful, they are served hot

The Paella Negra, Oyster squid is superb! It's fresh and tasted really great! Cap off your meal with Frozen Brazo and hot tea!

We tried callos (solo) lengua (solo) and sangria (pitcher)...so far everything is good. Portions as smaller than expected so it's a bit pricey for me. It cost us 1300 for the 3 items. (Sta Rosa branch) Chairs inside needs improvement you will fall off onthe side because the legs are too narrow. Space is cramped. Will I come back? Yes but not as often as I can only when I crave for spanish food. I will try their paella when I have the time that's for sure.
