A genuine Italian restaurant inside Davao city. Near main bank. Deal with in Tripadvisor isn't correct because they proceed to city I take advantage of 2 hours before We find this eating place but We promise it had been worth it Their Pizza really was delicious. Among bestI eat ever. Cost it not hight as you get yourself a big pizza best for 2 for 2-300 pesos. I attempt Cappriciosa and Quattro. Both excellent.

Let's start with the nice, or at the very least not-so-bad news: Inside a kitschy type of method the ambience in pretty fine, if somewhat overdone. The Sistine Chapel ceiling as interpreted by some regional artist was, pretty gaudy, as had been all the red andgreen lighting, but all informed, the atmosphere was pleasurable and comfortable. Points also needs to become awarded for the friendly--if somewhat uninformed--provider. The wait employees tried tough to please but do have to keep discussing unseen others for information regarding specific menu items. The wine selection--always a significant consideration for me--was surely adequate, with Valpoliccelas, Barrolos, Chiantis, among others liberally represented. The costs for wines were, I believed on the higher side however, not outrageously so. The not-so-good news may be the food. We began with a shared spinach ravioli, do-it-yourself, and reasonably delicious. The pomodoro sauce nevertheless, was so seriously dosed with salt, that the latter overwhelmed all the some other tastes. My compassion and I each purchased a steak--mine with green peppers plus some sort of lotion sauce--which was basically inedible. I were able to saw through good enough to obtain one bite down, wished I hadn't and acquired the others "bagged" for eventual disposal. It had been simply that poor. The bread, that i had to purchase and that I had to cover extra, was basic whitened stuff and not a genuine Italian bread. It really wasn't worthy of the Php150 that it cost, which had to end up being the first time in my own life that I've experienced a so-known as Italian restaurant cost me for bread. The only real other diner was someone I occurred to learn, and he said that the pasta and minestrone were excellent. Having attempted neither, I cannot comment except that when the pomodoro sauce had been representative, I'm certain it would all have already been as well salty for me. We didn't sample the dessert, but did have a flaming sambocca with espresso, even though the espresso was weak (Filipino style rather than European), the sambocca was excellent and the flames were a good touch. I doubt I will go back to this location, and I'm still searching for a geniune Italian restaurant inside Davao.

Quaint food spot to head to for a dinner-time, or business meets. Greatest at supper. After touring the town, and having those nearby delicacies, your palate may search for something more acquainted. Head to this Wines and Dine location. It's certainly a goodplace to unwind. 👍👍 Happy Tummy 😋🍷 $$$ Mid to High costs, but worth your cash. Average prices: Pasta $7.- (serves 2) Pizza $6.- (serves 2) Wine per glass $3.- Complimentary bread (and concoct your essential olive oil dip to your liking) Home Specialties such as for example Osso Buco at $12.- is crucial try

Excellent ITALIAN restaurant!!! It is difficult to locate a excellent Italian cafe in the complete Philippines but La Toscana is among the few great ones for the meals quality. I would recommend the truffle linguine, penne arrabbiata and fusilli salsiccia rustica .

I had usually passed this location. It appears unimposing from the road. But when I made a decision to visit, I has been impressed by the decor and the beauty. We purchased a pizza and a pasta dish. Both were excellent, and completely consumed! Peroni beeravailable! Will definitely go back to this place.
