La Spezia reminds myself of the fantastic 1970s-early 1980s Italian Village along Quezon Avenue, in Quezon Town. There aren’t way too many near authentic Italian dining places in Manila. For mains we'd the steak - excellent but in my estimation not worth the 1800 pesos, and the pork stomach - also excellent and value. The pasta appeared great although we didn’t attempt any. Service was excellent also. The one thing I would perform next time will be I’d ask should they could await us to complete our entrees before offering our mains, even though this means waiting some time between courses. Since it stands, all of the food happens 1 after another therefore our mains sat for ten minutes roughly while we completed our entrees, after that we sensed rushed because we didn’t need them to get chilly.
