The family attained 11:30 a.m. at Las Casas following a four hour travel from the town. So we all made a decision to have lunch time and satisfy our food cravings. Our guests from LA recommended Italian cuisine and off we visited Una Bella Teodora. Therestaurant has been named after the mom of Jose Rizal, Teodora Alonso, who motivated him to create his two most well-known novels, El Filibusterismo and Noli Me Tangere. The cafe had been cozy and the atmosphere amplified an average ground flooring of a Spanish home - cobbled earthen tiles, arches, the gray stone wall space manufactured from earthen adobe, the wood stairs with nicely chiseled balustrade. The Italian meal was unforgettable. We'd Caesara Pollo, Bolognese, Hawaiian Pizza, Pollo alla Griglia, and Braciola de Maiale (pork chop). They offered also freshly baked loaf of bread dipped in dark vinegar with essential olive oil and cheese. It had been a light, healthy lunch time and the only real sore spot has been that the ice emerged in the center of our meal.

They accomodated our purchase even if they'll close 30 mins before. Another resto didn't. Pizza was excellent. Ambience superb. Services is excellent.
