The food is fantastic!! But we have to wait too much time just to possess our orders. The staffs are usually helpful and attentive, but once again, they have to upgrade their services and lessen the helping time.

Kuya J for me has just a few picks from the menus to boost to make it among the best premium Filipino foods chains in the Metro: 1. Bulalo could have been excellent if the soup had not been limited. Several Filipino restaurants offerbulalo with limitless soup contrary Kuya J's where soup is bound per order. 2. Star anise taste within their crispy pata is quite wealthy. I mean don't possess a concern with the superstar anise taste but those that aren't fans of the spice might not be able to enjoy the loud taste on the dish. My suggestion would be to present crispy pata in 2 variants: 1 with star anise and something without.

Do not purchase "kare-kare" from any kind of "Kuya J" restaurant, apart from being tasteless, it really is poorly prepared.

Myself and my two close friends decided to have lunch time here since i have haven’t dined at Kuya J, and you want to try out the Ube Halu-halo. The area is big and I really like the ambiance! We had been seated near the walls with bookshelves. While waiting around forthe food, feel absolve to get a publication and read. I purchased Shanghai and chopseuy while they purchased pancit, Lumpiang sariwa and two even more viands that i forgot, and yes, halu-halo (ube for me personally and they purchased saging con yelo). We had Shanghai initial. It tasted okay but there’s a thing that tasted kinda various. The chopseuy, ditto, tasted a bit various. I didn’t attempt the pancit and lumpiang sariwa because it provides shrimp and I'm allergic to it. After our meals, we requested for the desserts to be offered. That one took awhile. We have to abide by it up twice! Lastly, it came. Overwhelming because the bowls are huge! We shoved the ice and blended it. Mine had a lot, actually, a great deal of jackfruit! Their saba con yelo, despite the fact that they mixed it completely, tasted a little blunt. Only tasted great if they almost finished consuming it. The meals tasted kinda various and a little weird for all of us, even the desserts! Every resto wished to be different, however in this case, meals tasted really weird. After my encounter with the their food, won’t be returning here.

We visited Kuya J's within SM Palawan and also if there have been tables available, they asked us to hold back for 5 minutes thus we did. We questioned again about us being seated since they obviously took much longer than five minutes and theydid not really focus on us. Upon askin once more, they informed us to hold back for another five minutes when there have been clearly available seats which could sit around 6 people. We rather visited Max's wherein we had been entertained immediately and provided sits that even though we were just five in the household, they produced us sit down in a table that may cater 8 individuals. I had not been happy because actually the waitress has been rude to us at Kuya J's. I'd instead eat in a location where i enter happily and prepared to eat rather than consume annoyed with the support.
