Had our breakfast within Kuppa with the bestfriend, I really was happy to possess tasted there espresso <3 I would want to eat our breakfast there everyday! tho the meals is a littler little bit pricey nonetheless it was worth the purchase price!

I used to such as Kuppa but today we'd an awful experience. The waitress was not merely rude, she provided me and our friends angry stares. We examined foods from the salad bar (a bit of egg) and we had been informed that wasn’t permitted. Whatdid we perform? We complied and didn’t complain. Among our friends said she'll pay for her very own buffet as the rest folks ordered meals. But...Once the bill came, they charged 3 folks whole buffet bill for 3 people, despite the fact that they said they wouldnt. And there’s even more! The waitress continued giving us angry appears. I has been with well-mannered specialists. We weren’t noisy and we purchased entrees we were pleased to purchase. We don’t realize why the waitress had been therefore rude to us! Well! we ate at their salad bar. It is a last second because we visited kuppa nearly 2:00 pm so that they gave us huge plates instead of little plates because we can not have the 2nd across the cause had been the salad bar will undoubtedly be automaticallyclosed by 2:00 pm. Right here comes the manager, wished to consume everything whats left inside our salad plate without understanding the reason flies continued flying on our salad plates. Occasionally pls be delicate on the needs of one's customer. Yes we realize your house guidelines and something of the principle is no remaining over. But how do we whether it's already dirty. We shall not get back to kuppa. Poor service

Called for a good Englishman breakfast and Eggs Benedict. Breakfast came, no coffee beans. Asked, the had been produced cooked in just a little dish immediately, so they have been prepared but forgotten. Rest of meal Okay, good loaf of bread, bacon etc but environment friendly sour tomato. Breakfast included the coffeebut discovered when we paid a decent brew has been "a supersize more", nobody advise people of that. Eggs Benedict very under cooked, and tinned ham. Didn't add a coffee, that's extra. Not quite impressed and incredibly expensive, almost 1000 peso for not really the best meals.

We’ve been regulars as of this place for days gone by 7 many years. We come right here because of their Marguerita pizza and their salad bar mainly. Today, we had an extremely unpleasant expertise. We came at 1:30 pm, therefore i was actually starving. My husband experienced the saladbar and I purchased the Ministrone soup and a complete Marguerita pizza. Since I’m on diabetic medicine, I had to consume and I must have already been encountering hypoglycemia because I has been needs to shake, ( I simply placed my very own order therefore i knew my foods wasn’t coming until 15 - 20 minutes later), therefore i decided to have several spoonfuls of soup from my husband’s meals and a bite of his salad to alleviate my food cravings and shaking. After that along arrives this waitress. I had been wondering why she has been smiling at me (I’ve in no way seen some of them grin at me before for all your 7 yrs that we’ve already been taking in there.) She after that proceeded to inform me “Ma’am simply no sharing”. I understand about this policy however in purchase for me never to distribute, I had to consume off my husband’s plate. We were therefore upset, we just visited the cashier to cover our drink. I told the service employees and supervisor that I got to consume because I had been diabetic. We walked from the restaurant without looking forward to my soup and pizza to prepare yourself. We had been upset because that waitress has been therefore abrupt and tactless, despite her “smiling” at me. We shall never get back to this location again. I also need to mention that each time we consume there, the plumbing within their rest room had not been flushing and there is no drinking water from the faucet to clean the hands. I’ve called the eye of the manager every time we move there but I assume that’s not really one of these priorities. Kappa simply lost 2 of these regular customers nowadays! It’s a shame because they’re the only real place which has “almost” the most genuine pizza. Only if they’ve trained their wait around staff to become more tactful.

Overall good atmosphere, fast and attentive waitstaff, and very good food. Açtheí bowl was just what it’s said to be. Penne pesto was, once more, executed well. My just gripe is that We ordered a moderate rare steak. It proved medium properly. I didn’tsay anything in as soon as. The rest was great and may have quickly been a straightforward miscommunication issue. I would go back.
