I actually visited their branch at the harbor sq . and that substance is quite scenic, it getting by the shores of manila bay. As typical, their Doughnuts are tasty and their coffee options are vast. Sometimes although staff could be inattentive & gradual to clearthe tables. And 1 even more factor, their busted comfort and ease room is really a big downer.

I’m going to Manila from the U. S. I had been curious to use KK donuts here given that they have unique tastes that you cannot enter the States. With this group we ordered a variety that integrated the Ube Kreme Crumble, the Crimson Velvet (which hadno title tag), Vanilla Kreme with Oreo, Choco Hazelnut Glaze, Nutella with Almonds, GREEN TEA EXTRACT KitKat, and more. The person serving appeared like he was just above the entire time. Vague patience, no eye contact, certainly no smile. There is zero line yet he appeared as if he has been bored and attempting to hurry me. He sounded similar to a robot whenever I questioned a question. Just held pointing me to the sign up and said continue. Kinda rude for me. The girl at the register (my receipt says name is Joana) was more/less exactly the same. Really monotone, no “good support,” no grin, no politeness. There's absolute no indication that says cash just so when I provided my cards she looked extremely annoyed and said money only. Donuts were enjoyable and decent, surprisingly not too lovely, which was good in my own book. However, the employees (or shall I state robots) still left a sour taste if you ask me.

Not really Happy with customer support hotline! Once you call the +632888879000 for Krispy Kreme! THEY'RE not in look after their customer, no quality will be provided to you. In the event that you experience a mistake created by them. I produced an advance order, therefore i callcustomer treatment to cancel it A co-employee title Janet i dont understand the spelling if it’s ideal , they mentioned she’s from pasig branch. Received my contact and explained that my purchase has been cancelled currently! Little did i understand order had not been cancelled also it was still sent to my deal with, I call once again to improve a complaint no-one can help their cause it maybe system concern that’s why the purchase wasn’t already been cancelled. No resolution produced just sorry and nothing at all they are able to do, no center in assisting. Poor Customer service they will have on that hotline

where in fact the pretzels at?? they disappeared from nothing, like one snap of a finger from thanos also it has been deleted from living. No actually what I'm saying will be that how come there no pretzels in share?

Not made daily. Sadly stale and dried out. The standard Krispy Kreme are great but in the event that you order the fancy ones they might be a few days previous And put back stock each morning. Unfortunately we'd this as they had been very staleand not really edible
