We stay at the vacation resort for few weeks therefore i have the opportunity to try virtually all kitchen menus. I must say i do enjoy all of the menus tried, normally it takes sometimes a little time, but when i was in vacation it didn't bother me. Veryfriendly local personnel and lovely place not far from the beach.

I must say i enjoyed eating usually at Kokai. Sandy offers made good addition now when he's got included Mexican meals in the menus. Its not merely the Mexican food therefore there's enough possibilities to consume local or international foods. Atmosphere in Kokai cafe is ideal.Its relatively small and that means you never need to hold back food long and there's lots of cold beverages after days activites. Like the area... Grteetings to Sandy, Geil, Carroll, chef Jackie and all Kokai staff. Usually pleasure to become your guest.

It is good to possess something different instead of grill or pizza generally Luna so we've had the Mexican platter many times. Good size part, reasonable price and incredibly friendly staff

The games were great to possess for our family once we waited for the meals, but that's about where in fact the good experience ended. Disappointing Mexican meals - drowned in cheese (actually fish tacos?!), over-prepared beef, pretty flavourless throughout. Salsa tasted similar to pickles. AndP200 marguaritas which were simply flavoured syrup martinis without ice and no flavor of tequila. The manager's answer was to provide us a go of additional triple sec. Proprietor and manager talked company too noisy in the tiny restaurant. Awkward dining encounter.

Me personally and my boyfriend went here to use their 'highly recommended' cafe for breakfast. We wished to try something fresh but to your dismay, your options and the cost is really not commendable. Espresso for the Filipino breakfast is merely an instantaneous coffee! The setis coming in at 240 pesos - ridiculous!! In addition, the lady (uncertain if she's a spouse or a supervisor) approached me, shouting and indirectly accused me of stealing a dropped bag. NEVER STAY Right here. An over-rated resort, bad menu choices and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. If that woman is a nearby in Siargao, she's the worst individual in Siargao that I've ever met. We shall never think about this resort a choice. (This is from the person who really includes a minimal regular for small resorts. They're 0 out of 10!)

The further from Mexico the harder it really is to get quality Mexican food, but Kokai does it right! That is by far among my favorite eateries on the island. I recommend the poultry fajitas or the tacos. The staffis always really friendly and accommodating as well. This can be a must put on the island particularly if you prefer Mexican Food.

We stayed 3 nights and had our supper at Kokai restaurant that was simply incredible. We tried a number of plates, locals or Mexican and everything was simply very tasty and perfectly served. Quesadillas with correct cheese flavor, garlic rice has been yummy and lastly the Cordon bluewas amazing with a particular receipt!! To summarize, strongly suggested and via picky customers.
