I've dined at plenty of Japanese restaurant's however the foods at Kitaro was quite simple. My boyfriend and I proceeded to go there for supper and he purchased seafood teppanyaki and I purchased sakana furai bento. While consuming my boyfriend pointed out that the octopus wasunder prepared which spoilt the others of his dinner and portions were reasonable . In the sakana furai bento I has been expecting big slices of fish nonetheless it was lower in 4 item chunks all of those other dish had been Okay . On the nice side the program was good its constantly nice to be offered with a smiling encounter and good attitude .

Just had dinner from Kitaro Sushi Dela Costa branch and I'm very disappointed . It really is our second period dining there & will undoubtedly be our final . I compensated 700 pesos for sub standard meals . I purchased SEAFOOD TEMPURA BENTO while consuming itI was thinking why I got battered okra and eggplant when i purchased SEAFOOD ! ?? There was actually 2 slices of tasteless apple and orange!!!!therefore i didn't eat it needless to say . Worst component was my boyfriend inquired the girl (who I believe owns the store) that offered us ' why had been my bento not just a seafood tempura ' she simply answered us immediately SHE SERVED Myself THE MIXED TEMPURA(Shock!) cuz she first got it incorrect(????) no apology .. nothing !!! The dog owner was even more in a rush to dash back again to her chair & continue her documents than provide us the correct service . Running a business is excellent ! however the food & service should be of excellent regular OR people simply wont keep coming back & if Kitaro closes 1 day they will have only themselves to be blamed for neglecting it is important in hospitality (Regard FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS) whenever we were leaving not a many thanks or good night ?? horrible experience ! Bad and most severe service i've ever actually encountered in my own whole life . I simply hope you modification your look!!! We , customers don't get what we covered pity us. P.S. Your california maki tasted as an amateur whipped it up & threw it on a plate .. very unfortunate . I invite the proprietors of Kitaro have a look at your facebook page & browse the reviews of one's Kitaro franchised stores on the web the complaints aren't just coming from us !

I have already been here a couple of times for fast lunches. The obento boxes strike the spot and the costs were realistic. The premise seemed clear and the staff effective at their tasks.
