A friend and We were at SM doing some purchasing. We got starving. He told me to select between Chow King and KFC. I got a hankering for a few spicy chicken. I cannot remember another choice. Now, I'm a fairly large guy therefore i ordered two. People, I struggled to complete the next. My points here; great taste and actually filling. Right now for a wellness hint. Soda, sweetened with fructose, bad. Iced tea, sweetened with aspertame, the most severe one on the planet.
