Iloilo is famous, among other activities, because of its cuisine. I especially like the so-known as "pancit molo," that is in fact like dumplings filled with ground meats served in hot share. Initially I thought it will be like a standard "pancit" -- sauteed or mix friednoodles, however when I tasted "pancit molo" for the very first time, I has been surprised that it got broth and had not been dry at all.
