Iloilo is famous, among other activities, because of its cuisine. I especially like the so-known as "pancit molo," that is in fact like dumplings filled with ground meats served in hot share. Initially I thought it will be like a standard "pancit" -- sauteed or mix friednoodles, however when I tasted "pancit molo" for the very first time, I has been surprised that it got broth and had not been dry at all. "Pancit molo" is 1 food served virtually all over Iloilo (even though name shows that it originated somewhere inside the Molo district of the town). When I noticed that Kap Ising's acts the very best "pancit molo" around, I just had to proceed there and check it out. I visited its branch at the Atria Recreation area District in Mandurriao. WHEN I reached the area, I instantly opted to dine in the restaurant rather than in its outside sitting area. The area was air-conditioned, which managed to get an extremely refreshing refuge from the sizzling temperature outside. There have been just a couple tables available, around twelve of these. The waitress handed me a duplicate of the menu immediately not to mention I purchased some "pancit molo" in conjunction with some "puto" (rice cake) and an "empanada" filled up with some veggies and terrain meat. Service was quick. I received my purchase within 5 minutes (maybe because there have been just two clients in the restaurant in those days). One thing that amazed me was the flavor of the broth where the dumplings were offered. It tasted like chicken share, while the dumplings acquired pork meats inside. I experienced to verify from the waitress if my tastebuds were offering me the proper impression or not really, and she verified that the dumplings certainly had floor pork inside and that the broth had been manufactured from chicken stock. It had been an extremely pleasant combination. Nevertheless, the waitress also explained that, upon request, in addition they had chicken-stuffed dumplings offered in poultry broth (but no pork-stuffed dumplings offered in pork share). The "puto" furthermore tasted great. The "empanda," however, has been crispy and flaky. I enjoyed its filling, too. All in just about all, I must say i liked this eating place and I would suggest it to whomever really wants to flavor Iloilo's famous pancit molo. The area is clean and correctly sanitized. The workers were really accommodating. Air-conditioning is great. The meals was very delicious and the price had been within anyone's budget.
