We was surprised to find this cute dessert invest Cebu. With bright shades and vintage ice cream scoops on the walls, this place didn't disappoint. They served great ice cream. The best may be the isaphan (rosewater and lychee) and the toasted rice tastes.They serve it in a cup, cone, and also between two cookies. The cakes are great too. The blueberry cheesecake and the dark mirror (crunchy chocolate hazelnut) will be the greatest I've tried. They're a must have. The staff have become nice. They make excellent conversation and offer background on the various flavor offerings. If you're searching for a location to cool off from heat, this place is obviously the ice lotion heaven you're dream of.
