The Greenbelt shopping Center in downtown Makati is a good spot to escape the traffic of downtown Makati. The Kai eating place is situated on an interior courtyard, encircled by trees, ponds and fountains. We attempted the sashimi and sushi along with some nicely preparedwagyu beef. Washed earned with some japanese beer it had been a pleasant rather than too expensive meal

i love the present day zen theme with the lights, curtians, etc. plus they thought of every details such as for example chopstick holders which are just little rocks nonetheless it was so innovative. the service was simply superb. we utilized a voucher for a 4-training course meal andthey were nevertheless attentive even placing napkins on your own lap. everything on the 4-course dinner was good. my husband especially loved the 6-hour braised angus brief he held raving about it. the final period he raved like this was whenever we ate steak at melo's. i enjoyed the shabu-shabu salad, very delicious. try out the wasabi oysters if you want oysters. it includes a fine kick that goes properly with the mayo. we shall definitely return back and try another dishes.

While Kai has relocated to the significantly nicer Greenbelt 5, it still acts excellent modern-design Japanese fusion meals, with sometimes surprising combos and preparations yet generally very satisfying for also probably the most difficult of palates. We discover that the secret to sample as manyof them as you possibly can is to have an array of the smaller sized appetizers as opposed to the classic beginner cum main course - even though you're at it, do attempt a few of the sake, some properly flavoured and chilled like the lychee sake. Personnel is helpful and forthcoming and the overal atmosphere and setting produces a good venue for a very tasty, easy-to-digest your meal, which is possibly why Kai appears to get yourself a high - and deserved and needed - amount of repeat clients.

The area is clean and nicely decorated. The things is pleasant but their English isn't so good… The food is fantastic. The Jumbo Prawn Tempura Roll is great, the Spicy Negi Tuna is usually good but quite spicy!. They will have vegetarian dishes which are alsogood. Attempt the Miso Soup - it really is excellent. There is also good desserts. Request to start to see the desserts menus (they don’t always present it but they are excellent desserts there). The purchase price is a little costly for a sushi location, and you can find other sushi dining places in the area that aren't so costly but I nevertheless recommend attempting Kai at least one time. One strange thing - the area is closed between 2:00pm to 6:00pm - if you prefer to eat late lunch time through the weekend this is simply not the location for you.

Excellent restaurant, well decorated. Excellent service, waiters and waitresses at your service for the every need. Delicious sushis, very well presented and fresh. The rice is quite well coocked and lighting. Reasonable price. Would recommend to any sushi fans.
