Ordered for chicken inasal, isol, atay, center, pecho. Common denominator: dried out. The chicken was dried out and also the others we purchased. These are by no means a reflection of Bacolod inasal. The inasal in Bacolod is definitely juicy and so are always prepared perfectly properly.Now, for the employees. Whenever we placed the purchase, we asked should they have poultry oil. A Bacolod inasal is usually nothing without chicken essential oil and we weren't likely to eat there should they told us there have been none. We were told na they will have chicken oil. Once the food arrived, there have been none. I adopted up and was informed that they don't possess it. I believe the staff should certainly talk to one another, update one another if may chicken essential oil pa, if may atay pa, if may vinegar pa, or none na. That could really help. Our drinks didn't arrive. We didn't shell out the dough pero we were looking forward to the drinks. Whenever we followed up, it had been obvious they forgot. General, it was a negative experience. JT is popular inside Manila because of their inasal. But from where I'm, that's not how inasal should flavor like. And most important of most, that is not the way the staff should perform. Won't eat here again.
