The restaurant opened at 10:37am once the opening time is supposedly at 10AM. Therefore, we waited outside until it opens. Not forgetting the excess waiting time for approximately another 40 mins for the order to obtain cooked therefore we were so dissatisfied and starvedto dying at JONIES INSULAR Sq . PLUS WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Our scheduled breakfast turn out to be LUNCH!

I had 1 terrible experience simply this January. We'd a 11AM Eatigo reservation but we had been shooed away given that they said they not really ready. THEREFORE I explained that I've an Eatigo reservation and why I cannot sit and eat!? Therefore we wereallowed to purchase and the personnel wasn't even certain about their policies. Insufficient product knowledge. It had been poor. The worse component came during transaction. They wouldn't permit GCash payment whether it's an Eatigo deal explaining that GCash would have a portion from their income. That's absurd. I'm making use of GCash and it's as effective as cash. Positive thing the waiter offered the food well but nonetheless I had an awful experience. WII PLACE to dine.
