In fairness, the ground staff do try, they're very friendly regular people. Uncertain why the Jollibee system and management hierarchy therefore greatly handicaps their customer support. Witness another overall unsavoury experience. Attended with pregnant spouse, kids, and prolonged family circa Apr 2012. Staffis friendly, but mistakes take place regularly. Family got their purchase. I watched them consume while I waited 45 mins for my "Champ" burger. They finished, wished to go back to the house. No "Champ" for me personally. I finally inquired. They asked me for the receipt that *they* were holding (their policy) while waiting to complete my long-overdue purchase. ten minutes of explaining Jollibee plan on them keeping receipts, to succeeding degrees of Jollibee employees. With household impatient to go back home, Jollibee finally wanted to provide me the burger I waited for nearly one hour - easily wait another a quarter-hour with family members yammering to go back home! We asked for a refund. 10 minutes afterwards, they offered me *Fifty percent* the quantity of the lacking burger. I inquired them if I can purchase the burger with that. They said "no, needless to say not really". I asked for an effective full refund in order that I could purchase that burger the next time". Another ten minutes of staff seeing one another, with the (paraphrased from Tagalog) solution "no, we shall not refund the worthiness of the burger you purchased". I actually finally suggested that instead they could give me a credit-voucher for the missing burger that I would redeem on my following visit. Eventually someone (evidently a very young supervisor) condescended and created a duplicate of the receipt that they had withheld, circled and initialled the lacking burger. Cut to conclusion. 3 more appointments, no burger accessible! They lastly produced the missing burger on our 4th visit thereafter, a few months after their screwup. It could have tasted better had they delivered this when I very first ordered it. Hungry fast-food diner beware. Have no idea what's incorrect with Jollibee or why they don't really care.

My wife, carrying a child *again* insisted upon Jolibee right after her ultrasound these days. Who am I to argue with a pregnant female, knowing full nicely that the expenses will undoubtedly be 3x what we'd pay elsewhere for Far better food elsewhere. Great, spouse wins, and veryfast most of us lose. Much too crowded (no main burger-chain competition yet), therefore i shouldn't be surprised they got the purchase way incorrect AGAIN and my partner was once again upset with ME regarding Jollibee screwing up. In addition to that, the poultry sandwich they couldn't achievable get wrong has been UNAVAILABLE. AGAIN. So great, so that my partner wouldn't be a lot more upset eating only, I purchased a "Champ" burger. What I acquired was so completely drowned in mayo and ketchup that it had been impossible to carry without it slithering around and dropping apart. Therefore drowned that I couldn't even flavor the burger, just method too much mayo and ketchup. I didn't complain, I simply wanted to escape there. I must say i pray that I in no way never NEVER obtain sucked into heading there again. The next time she stupidly insists on Poor FOOD in order to blame her her selection on me I'll leave keep her on the road and just go back home. FORGET ABOUT KIDAPAWAN JOllibee. 5 constant strikes and they are out so far as I'm concerned. Ughhhhh! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!
