When I and my children arrived from Baguio, we made a decision to take our supper as of this Jollibee branch. Whenever we entered the cafe, the bottom floor are already chock-full. With this luggages and my bro who's a PWD, it appears tough to impossiblefor us to move up the stairs to the next floor. Also to my horror, zero staff as well as the guard offer people help or assistant, also to come to think about it, they even found my bro who's a PWD. Is this how Jollibee teach their employees??? Im a devoted patron of Jollibee also it actually disappointed to notice those irresponsible personnel ruining the picture of Jollibee. I am hoping the management will need action with this, before its as well late. Not a rate of just one 1 star can be deserved by these employees. 😠😠
