i usually choose jollibee whenever we travel the world cause they always provide a top quality of CS and top quality of foods but we was shocked with this branch situated in taguig result in the employees there where rude to get orders. they dont attendto there costumers properly. the food is not cooked correctly this just the branch that i noticed the staff such as this and i'll not get back to that branch again..

October 17th 2019, we booked for party, 100 people. My children were informed to it's ok to stay the payment by the end of the said 30 days. My children came back nowadays to stay the payment but it is disappointing to learn by themanager that your day we booked had been given to another person. How could that end up being possible??? The manager response was, "am sorry as the person you handled is just brand-new as trainee" and all what she can state was "go on and create a complaint." Totally! There was no activity made. Displaying arrogance and incompetency! Very poor coping with consumer who booked 100 people!! and just doesn't treatment like that!!!
