I like their menus although their cook period of pasta and cocktail flavor aren't also stable. But generally their menu flavor is good. Plus they have nice decoration plus some good staffs. But unfortunately I’m sensation their service gets worse especially about costs.Hope they might improve them.

I actually went here for lunch time by myself. Was positioned at the bar, that was fair enough, as the location had been crowded. But nobody got care about me. Therefore left the area after 20 mins, and didn't recommend to my co-workers to go thereever. It is a shame.

Checked this place away as we got visited the Makati eating place and wow there might not have already been a more impressive difference. The Makati edition was outstanding versus this place in BGC. Support was just horrible, the food was badly cooked and skip timed (I hadeaten my dinner before my close friends had even attained the table) The manager was interested in selling a membership to the chain of restaurants than taking our order..... this made the knowledge cheap and nasty! I mentioned the knowledge to the supervisor when paying the expenses and both he and the cashier stopped using my transaction and served somebody who had a membership voucher.... as a practiced traveller who wants to eat away, this place isn't longer on the checklist. My advise - provide it a miss

The was taken here for a small business dinner. Foods has been goood, but there is ruthless sales for my pal whom is really a local to get a dinning discount cards. I know that the staff get a "kick-back" for each cards marketed. And hewas a "well-to-do" local, but probably less emphasis ought to be placed upon promoting the membership cards.

Tried calling directly into have a reservation The solution that I received: "We dont accept reservations, we prioritize walk-in customers. If you would like you can come in advance and wait..." This is not at all the kind of restaurant I'd like to visit.

This review is for the Uptown Mall Italianni’s, that is not right here. I eat usually at the TRADITIONAL branch even though the service there isn't so hot the meals is definitely worth the visit. Tonight we found its way to Manila after beingstuck inside traffic. Walked to Uptown Mall to relax and obtain beverage and a bite to consume...I found the Itallian’s indication from the road and instantly said let’s move there. Upon arrival we're able to already tell things weren't going well because the employees seemed stressed plus some were even jogging from table to cooking area, my companion is in HRM and she had not been impressed at all. We settled for something without headaches. Fettuccini Alfredo is approximately as simple since it comes, I purchased one glass of Cab from Chile and my pal purchased a watermelon shake and then be told five minutes later these were out but she may have a mango shake... some time from then on the complimentary bread arrived... Soon we noticed a few of the groupings who came after people were in fact getting served their foods, however the waitresses were nevertheless running back again to kitchen. No huge deal we wished to rest, but my wines was empty even though our waitress was among the ones running no-one else halted by to request if we required anything. Our pasta finally arrived by another waitress and We asked for another cup of wines, but since she didn’t bother asking what I actually was drinking We didn’t think items were likely to get any better...plus they didn’t! The pasta had not been only frosty it had no taste at all...but we made a decision to just go right ahead and consume. By the finish of the food my wine hadn't demonstrated up and I possibly could see the empty cup sitting down on the counter...therefore i got up, flagged down who appeared as if was the manager, informed her I have been waiting at least a quarter-hour for the wine, the meals was cold and I'd just like to possess my bill...she thought to sit down also it would be taken to me...that i did. Quickly enough our authentic waitress showed up completely apologetic and I informed her it was not really her fault, the administration was responsible. I paid money and told her to help keep the change once we wanted nothing even more but to obtain out of there! We don’t think I’ve ever provided a 1 star evaluation before but I am hoping no one undergoes what we did in such a very simple order...

This is a nice location for a good Italian taste food, we've tried handful of times from the brach inside Uptown Mall and constantly great. Their Mozzarella sticks are usually awesome.

I had to hold back 35 mins to obtain my food. I asked often where is my meals. Never any reaction or sorry for needing to wait. Nothing beats other Italianni’s I go to. The food was great but I wouldn’t return back again

we’ve been likely to Italianni’s often but we’ve pointed out that the one inside BGC Highstreet gets worse, everytime we set off eat there something doesnt match their service like: - the starters always include the main dish. - sometimes food comesalready chilly, recently our beginner that came with the primary dish was cool and rubbery. - the waitress will get the part wrong( regular part became family part hmmm)- sometimes we believe the staffs simply dont value their clients anymore. I did not need to air these worries here but others ought to know. Note: we also informed the server/ servers about these ,but seems there is nothing getting done to adress this. Their branch in Glorietta 4 far better provider than bgc highstreet though.
