Excellent food. The wait employees however will be horrible. No greetings actually upon access. No smiles. So when delivering food occasionally not a term is spoken. We joke that it appears like each of them just returned from the funeral. They appear pissedoff that they’re actually there. It’s perplexing as the other dining places owned and managed by the bistro team all haven't only great food within the Philippines but pleasant service. They have to be retrained and discover a fresh manager immediately.

We wouldnt skip weekly without dining with Italianni’s because of the great meals. We constantly patronize Bistro Group’s chain of dining places whenever we go due to the brand. Apart from the brand title may be the service that you'll get fromthe Bistro Band of Restaurants. Alas, our experienced tonight really made us all scrap out there Italianni’s as you of our favorites because of poor service from personnel. Since we started dining within Italianni’s, we in no way experienced a warm reception. The staff are frosty and unfriendly like they don’t want clients to dine inside them. Just Nina who stood out due to her friendliness and smiling persona among her robot and corpse-like demeanor co-workers. She ought to be commended for that. We do not have any issues with the meals because it is actually superb. It is actually the best Italian eating place in Cebu. Hopefully that the Management should consider this and re-train individuals as well as hire better ones prior to the restaurant will near for having bad service and unreceptive staff. It contradicts the Company’s Vision & Mission that is love everything you do and allowing your guests have the passion of helping with a smile.

If you want Italian cuisine this the closest you will get in Cebu.. they make good food at an acceptable price. In addition they serve some Filipino traditional favorites like adobo. (Really their menu is nearly exactly like their other cafe TGIFriday’s). What I justdon’t like concerning this restaurant is the employees using the table as their workplace, or spot to hangout.

Nothing like the italiannis inside Davao, that one no concept what customer support is!! Ordered food was great but the bread has been STALE from your day before I believe. What they do is, they place the loaf of bread in toaster and warm it up. After that servefilipinos to consume who doesn’t know much better. For all of us, EuropeAns or Us citizens, its a very important factor they know what they're serving but they desire to save money . I told manager the breads is stale, she replaced with new ones.. but those bread shouldn't served to begin with!

i like the breads with balsamic sauce they provide and the ravioli though we seek something really italian on the flavor however, not really bad from all. . service is great. .i love also the italian songs.
