Expensive and nothing like the traditional Italian dishes. Pizza not really cooked. The nice place is not enough once the dishes is indeed suck!

Their pasta is refreshing and authentic italian. Once you eat here, you may never like Shakey's pasta again. Huge acts, 1 pasta easily acts 2 people.

The meals and service really was good. My Rating : Ambiance - 4 out there of 5 Service - 5 out there of 5 Food Quality - 5 out there of 5 Cleanliness - 4 out there of 5 Price Points - 5 out there of 5 Kinda dim thelights simply because these are actually glarey. The ambiance may also improve.

Great food, waiter Vhong offered a dish not inside the menu when We was requesting something. With personal privacy since tables aren't too near one another. Recommended for the dining pleasure.

Considering the reviews regarding Bacolod restaurants we discovered ITALIA, not definately not our hotel, Mario, Philippino , took proper care folks, the bottle of Veneto Merlot had been delicious, the pizza aswell, we asked Mario never to add calamanci, simply pure olive oiland fresh grinded pepper, never to ferment the delicious beef! We enjoyed the dinner and will recommend ITALIA to anyone arriving at Bacolod.

We order various pasta. The presentation had not been great I'll show in the image. I love the appetizer. We'd mango and flan for dessert . It a therefore so resto.

The meals was undeniably excellent. The resto’s atmosphere was perfect, without doubt. But, the personnel (and I hope the dog owner reads this) BADLY Requirements CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. These were RUDE, and I’m uncertain if that’s how they deal with all of their clients or onlythose who aren’t so well-dressed just like the others. We had a concern with an employee on-site (these were all alert to it), only to learn the supervisor knew about it no one dared to apologize. No-one even said, “many thanks”. I won’t name brands - this post isn't to punish the employees. But, Italia has gained its title in Bacolod, don’t allow it be broken by poor customer support. Thank you!

Great small Italian restaurant within near proximity of my conferences. Nice choice on the menus. Cheese and garlic oysters had been excellent to begin with. Lentil soup was great and the Poultry Cordon Bleu was excellent. Presliced and delicious. Potatoes might have been a littlecreamier but nothing at all too much through criticism. Nice collection of artwork on the market on the walls. Costs aren't for the faint hearted. Nice location for a small business lunch. Food costs very good.
