i was very disappointed making use of their service your kitchen crew from their pantry was thus loud it had been like a marketplace to believe that the nearest client desk was just a couple of steps from their kitchen area pantry door. That they had us await 45mins after getting a bowl of seafood tinola which experienced gravy smudges on the plate which didn't have anything regarding the tinola. The meals tasted well so that it was like a disappointed that the client service was incredibly disappointing and our plate of soup currently turned cool and we currently finished our plate of pancit but our rice has been still no where positioned on our table! Another customers weren't thrilled of these orders either and you may see it on the faces. We'd to cancel our purchase once we already lost hunger from too much waiting around. The waiters and waitresses had been poorly groomed plus they all appear sweaty and disoriented these were not really presentable to the clients. I even questioned one and she stated " that's how it really is in right here" . I'm very displeased since it had been supposedly a xmas dinner day for my mother and brothers. We proceeded to go home starving and told ourselves to never get back to Isla Grill again.

We visited this eating place in Feb 2016 with my children. My cousins took we here for supper while visiting Ozamiz. Excellent out door type cafe. Delicious food and incredibly good customer support. They did go out of a few meals itemswe ordered and acquired to order alternant. Everything came out tasty. I have to say, this has been the very best halo halo we attempted of all Philippines! We were on per month very long Island hopping journey. Restroom could possibly be cleaner. (I’m not really use to the convenience space in the Philippines😟)Nevertheless, would I eat right here again? Yes I'd. Customer service was excellent and the waitress had been very attentive.

This place is wonderful for a quiet family dinner. It is not crowded and the meals is great. I would suggest their Isla Pancit, buttered poultry and sizzling pochero. The area isn't expensive and the servings are usually big and that means you don't in fact pay that much. Theyoungsters can play in the back (type of a playground) as the oldies have got their serious talks.
