This is the best Spanish restaurant in Cebu. Love their chorizo (that you can purchase in frozen packs to prepare in the home), paella, solomillo a lo pobre and flan al caramelo.

We'd the garlic mushrooms, poultry potato salad, chorizo and paella. All little servings, all tasting excellent. BUT we quit disappointed due to the very limited menus. For tapas, no queso on the menus at all, no jamon on the menus atall, no olives either. Why do they contact themselves "tapa" bar if the main items are lacking? That's like no tzatziki in a Greek cafe. About wine, Rioja will be "the" Spanish wine. However, not on their menu. We enjoyed our go to , nor regret taking in in Ipars. But we shall not come back since it doesn't surpass its responsibility because the major Spanish eatery in Cebu.

I went to this Eating place and i purchase for remove for my supper,since i'm leaving close by i asked them what period i should be back again they said after 35 mins, i quickly return after 35 mins then i follow-up my purchase they saidits coming wait around again right after 15 mins, until its take long they significantly tend to be more busy for big purchase the girl said its currently prepared however the truth my foods its not yet set! then i requested a refund they come back my cash and the supervisor was so embarrassing ,also to state sorry for the inconvenience for what occurred but never ever say something... Hello!! can you know the sensation being starving and i waited longer, were often eating in this eating place but also for what happened i'll never keep coming back anymore...

The service is great. Very smart women. Sangria was great. Chorizo tapas and tuna paté was good. But the paella had not been very tasty. After that we purchased queso frito also it was just one little slice of pan fried cheese plastic material like... we orderedalso Bottom mushrooms with garlic and we get CANNED mushrooms.... as well salty and not at all as expected... we’ll not return back.

Let’s start with the nice issues: the ambience is stunning and the assistance is very good. Bad things: we attempted lots of dishes but nothing specific....we liked quite definitely chorizo but additionally paella wasn’t really tasty.

What a amazing find- and yards from our hotel, The Well Hotel, I ordered Spanish meatballs and Paella but was persuaded to possess fresh Anchovies and garlic bread aswell. The initial ordered items were great (and thanks for planning paella for one individual) butthe anchovies had been the superstar. The meals (we'd lengua and pollo en salsa) was expertly prepared - you could inform by how tenderthe poultry had been and the nuance of flavours. Also the rice was properly cooked. Decor was done well and thoughtful and actually lent to the ambience. Sangria transpired really well. Waitresses had been attentive without having to be overbearing. While in Cebu earlier this January 2019, we happened upon iPars Cafe. The restaurant from the exterior looks quite fine and upon getting into it, it looked very rustic. The services wasn't all that great either and, there weren't lots of people eating in the cafe (only three models of individuals including ourselves), so uncertain why we couldn't obtain quicker service whenever we had to wait around a period for someone to arrived at our table. Another issue was it had been downright cool in the eating place and we'd to beg the waitress to make sure you ignore the air-conditioning. So, my recommendation for anybody that wishes to perhaps dine right here, you might like to look elsewhere.
