Hoy Panga! is really a developing chain of eateries focusing on different ways how exactly to cook tuna. Options add the grilled tuna jaw, grilled tuna stomach, crispy tuna tail, tuna sinigang, tuna kare-kare, a highly-recommended tuna sisig, tuna kilawin to the even more exotic and humorouslynamed Sionga (Tuna Siopao) and Sionga (Tuna Siopa with Cheese). Portion sizes are generous and much more often, are best for 2 individuals. In the changing times I ate there, tuna had been moist and flavorful, provided they are said to be flown directly from Davao. The cafe itself were only available in Davao and has been said to be taken to Metro Manila and Boracay by way of a group led by YouTube celeb Bogart The Explorer. That's also the key reason why his giant standee can be used as a eating place sign, as well as perhaps why the menu products are cheekily named.

Hoy Panga will be able to back again it's name up since it was the very best grilled tuna panga we've had ever! I'm from Cag. De Oro and also have visited lots of locations and eaten plenty of tuna panga in Ph, should it be inManila, Cebu, Dvo, boracay, CDo, Iligan and also a few of the provinces but Hoy Panga's specialized is in a position of its. All juicy and grilled perfectly. Even the darker meats of the panga tasted excellent which usually includes a different taste when compared to white meats of the fish. Excellent! Must try!

I normally bypass my invest project 4 browsing once and for all food and fast support. The restaurant will be along Katipunan Avenue the medial side of Project 4 close to the Quezon Memorial INFIRMARY. They serve Filipino meals focusing on grilled tuna and pork. Theyhave the normal sinigang with options of shrimps, tuna or pork. They will have a great number of options in the vegetables and some sweet products for after like leche flan and halo halo. The area has al fresco eating or you may benefit from the comfort of the air-conditioned area. Their service is fairly fast sometimes for grilled items and portions are usually good for 2-3 3 persons if you don't order the personal mix of rice and viand. I has been happy they were capable to i want to buy simply the soup of the bulalo when i will not be in a position to finish a full purchase but desired a soup with my own inihaw na pork with rice. Price wise, they're fair and the meals taste good. The problem is that in case you have a car, there isn't much area for parking, perhaps several cars can park in the front but after, you have to find side streets probably about Tom Castro street for parking. General an excellent and attentive staff, clear and a good worth for money. The great thing I believe is your food will undoubtedly be served faster compared to the other restaurants when you are starving and in a rush, this location is a good option without taking the junk food which are bland with very little preparation when it comes to taste.
