We made a decision to have breakfast here since we'd appointments at the Kerry Sports activities spa. It had been out first-time and we weren’t dissatisfied with the meals and review. We specifically adored the Tapa, Waffle and the Mochaccinos. Jacq and Sharlene had been extremely accommodating andit was a standard great experience. Will undoubtedly be going back quickly for sure!

I'm a frequent client at Shang traditional Cafe. Like their lounge, the songs and the support. Jacq was really attentive and proactive and pleasant. Really great service!

We love Shangri-la Fort! Super delicious food! Strongly suggested the Chili Con Carne Potato Wedges! The area is cozy and incredibly relaxing greatest for capping off the night time! Friendly and accommodating personnel. Esp because of Jacq!

Super grateful for TRADITIONAL Lounge that people have a location to relax anyday of the week. We like the live music each night specifically Saturday's singer Julia. Thurs is also excellent with Jex. We like Mango & Strawberry Very hot Tea, Toffee Nut Latte, CheesePlatter, afternoon Dessert Tower & Toast. Many thanks and to Shanelah for usually being accommodating & friendly. She'd always smile and solution our inquiries with complete attention. Occasionally we'd be here all night and just order beverages but she'd treat us exactly like those who'd order a whole lot. Thank you!!!

We've been to TRADITIONAL Lounge for afternoon tea on numerous events and had an excellent experience. Nevertheless this time it had been terrible. We purchased the afternoon tea-arranged at 5pm and were offered at 6pm. By that point the coffee that they had offered tenminutes after seating has been cold. The choice was poor. The purchase price has improved 40% since 2020 for the very same afternoon tea-set! General, I'd not return with all this latest experience and the countless other great possibilities Manila offers.

I actually visited the Lounge and had quite a few coffee and snack foods in the afternoon. Regardless of the great place and beautiful inside, the meals and beverages served weren't proficient at all and definately not being up to just what a luxury resort should be. The service wasattentive and the Supervisor passed by to be sure of the table regularly. She apologized aswell for the indegent food quality.

What a wonderful surprise was this location - amazing food, excellent ambiance and the cherry at the top was the great support, our server Ms. CHARLENE , very attentive, super incredible services that made our knowledge heavenly specifically the wines all i could say is wowHighly suggested and can’t wait around to return this period with my children and friends🙏Great work team👍
