When dining away I avoid fast-food chains when i wish for a far more authentic culinary expertise. But recently I attempted Greenwich at Landmark, TriNoMa, and was amazed by the grade of their pizza - the crust slim and crispy, the sauce bottom with justthe correct tomato tangy flavor, the toppings made out of real pepperoni (not only sliced ham, actually!) and the cheese actually melted! Their lasagna was also great, having an earthly beefy flavor balanced by the neutral taste of the pasta sheets and the tangy cheese. And many of these for a fraction of just what a comparable meal would cost within an Italian restaurant. The ambiance needless to say, being occur Landmark's food court, isn't ideal. The meals was ready upon ordering (rather than merely heated) which took time, however the wait is very worth it! Recommended!
