I been looking forward to my order for approximately a quarter-hour but, my food isn't yet ready. Plus you can find hairs in the desk. The fact that I must blow those yucky hairs to eliminate it. You should enhance your costumer service.

Never mind the truth that the meals was mediocre; The positioning in Ayala Middle was very filthy. The tables weren't wiped down but still had meals bits all over, the toilet my girlfriend used got no soap or hands sanitizer (totally disturbing since we'restill under pandemic guidelines and have to follow safe practices protocol), also it was to the stage where I didn't confidence if the dishes which were wiped down had been thoroughly cleaned. The positioning is apparently understaffed and overworked. I anticipated better from a location within the mall in the internal city.
