My girlfriend and I came across this place by opportunity and we're happy we did. It had been full of diners taking pleasure in themselves in a good clean atmosphere. The meals was a nice surprise. We really loved the Guisadong Bihod, Sinuglaw, Betsy's Garlic Poultry and anice size little bit of Leche flan. They will have very friendly personnel and clear bathrooms. We are going back soon.

Went here for the late dinner with co-workers. It was around one hour to proceed before they close however they cheerfully offered us. I really like their Kare-Kare and Sinigang, the taste is ideal! This place is actually recommendable if you're after a lutongbahay meals on an extremely affordable price.

Golden Cowrie is definitely our favorite regional restaurant that serves Filipino dishes within their best nearby taste. We usually purchase their pakbet, tinunuang langka, sizzling bangus ala pobre and bicol show. Their unli rice can make their meal as pleasing. Very disappointing that a lot of of what we ordered was sold-out. Lechon tummy, liempo, Kare-kare. This appears to be typical across Golden Cowrie dining places.

From the Mactan-Cebu Intl Airport, we headed right to the Golden Cowrie Restaurant- about 5-7 moments from the airport. We purchased the nilagang baka soup that i really loved - steaming warm, tender , tasty meat. We'd crispy pata (choose on the crisp pores and skin,dipped in kalamansi with chili) , veggies(pinakbet), grilled seafood and somebody insisted on including lechon. Unlimited rice for everybody. Golden Cowrie is among the go-to dining places in Cebu. Crew had been pleasant and service was quick, despite a complete house. Strongly suggested, affordable - and near home cooking!

It’s been some time since i have last visited Cebu Town. The very first time I ate as of this place, the knowledge was amazing! I actually tried some other branches in Cebu Town proper and Tagbilaran, Bohol. I could grab an instant (late) lunch time at theGolden Cowrie, Lapu-lapu, Mactan branch the other day of January 2018. I was expecting even more. The flavor of the meals wasn’t amazing any longer. The soup, baked scallops, crispy dinuguan, and grilled squid weren't as effective as before. The serving dimension now is much less generous as before. That was years back and things changed, in order the food. It wasn’t that poor though. That I miss the encounter I had before.
