The Pan Pacific Lobby has been the best spot to study. After going for a dinner, I would generally purchase myself a gloriajeans frappe. I never really had an issue until recently whenever a brand-new supervisor was designated. He is extremely rude. I believed he was justtired initially but also for three consecutive times now, he displayed exactly the same rudeness. A pal I delivered along yesterday for a lunch time had exactly the same observation. Simply this evening after properly inquiring about their wifi, he responded in a far more rude method. The nearby table furthermore observed his rudeness. He furthermore commented that the lady supervisor who was simply previously assigned was greater - polite and pleasurable. The new supervisor may be the exact opposite. He could be rude. He doesnt grin and doesnt react to customers query correctly. He seems often angry. I'd rather speak to his employees than to him straight. I never thought he is really a supervisor. He doesnt should have to be one. He's got the worst customer support Ive actually experienced. Gloria Jeans shouldn't have that sort of employee. He would actually ruin the business enterprise. He should have employment that does not connect to individuals. I dont think I'd ever buy a beverage from any Gloria Jeans branch where he'll actually be assigned. We only had espresso here but I thought it had been pretty good. A big coffee will definitely cost 120PhP. I'd have loved to use the sweets which furthermore looked great but didn't want them!

Had warm chocolate there. They create the cool little style in the foam at the very top, which is the 1st time I've ever endured that in my own drink. The espresso isn't as effective as Starbucks, however the hot chocolate is way better since it comes ata sizzling but drinkable temperature (instead of Starbucks rip-you-lips-off-piping-hot temperature).

It's more of a kiosk when compared to a full blown restaurant. I guess the dimension fits it's purpose because they share room with some other kiosks and Dining places in the lobby. The personnel is properly trained and incredibly friendly. Coffee is normally tasty . Surrounding areacan become noisy if it will get full but otherwise, it isn't too bad.
