The Supervisor at Gilligan's at the Avenue of the Superstars in Ermita Manila doesn't have good sense. We ordered 2 fried chickens and 2 sisigs. Needless to say we purchased their unli additional rice so when we obtained our costs we were billed for thoseextras they advertise to end up being free. No typical, robotic in choices, arrogant coz that woman refuses to pay attention to our explanation. In no way am i going to eat there again!!!

My sister arrived from the long trip from toronto so from the airport terminal we went to sm moa for an early on lunch,.the mall isn't yet open that point around past 10am therefore the ones by the bay will be the second item, weenter the restaurant and discovered that a few remain dining in so it's good because we've 3 kids around and a baby.no-one greeted us whenever we entered even though finding for an ideal spot we made a decision to connect two tables because the prior one can just accommodate 6 people.we have been 8 adults in addition to the kids so we are in need of 12 chairs.in doing so a few misplaced chinas fell on to the floor that made among the lady personnel raised her tone of voice, my sis even wanted to assist in clearing the broken china after that this lady staff continues to be showing indications of rudeness simply because reflected in her modulation of voice and the way in which she moves back a good forth to apparently help us.whenever we told her that people can pay for the damages and that people will be using the location at the far part of the area then she once again replied rudely that tthat area is closed.but judging from the appearance of the area, the tables there have been already create for customerrs who'll dine.because the conversation isn't going on ver well,we still tried to compose ourselves and asked for the supervisor instead.one of the most courteous staff told people that manager continues to be not around and tried to create us feel much better.the rude staff when i appear at her us nevertheless showing body gestures of rudeness so we simply decided to leave and provide payment for the damages however the lady who tried to aid us said it's ok.so we still left. Sorry but you have to train your employees an improved customer service.

Tucked aside from the center area of the resto that is typically jammed is really a well shaped bar where one can get from the crowds and revel in an awesome beverage (on a typically hot time). Bartender is both amiable and efficient, beer is icecold and cost is significantly less than Php 90.... so, all up - excellent value.

After celebrating our Dad’s 80th bday . We continuing bonding for another days and made a decision to have our lunch time 21 folks at Gilligans’. The crew had been useful and gave us strategies for a yummy and inexpensive group lunch time . Pork barbecue, veggie Karekare,lovely and sour seafood fillet , fried poultry, bulalo and pitchers of iced tea for under P5k .

The meals sucks it has deteriorated do not even make an effort to eat here. Pansit was previously delicious today its bland. Not well worth ordering anything out of this place. Probably its time for administration to fire or replace your kitchen crew. For me administration should reviewquality of foods. Personally i think that i have been shortchanged. I had been embarassed when my guest complained about meals quality. This is actually the first time they had consumed in this cafe. I invited them right here because i believed that foods quality us still great. I've eaten here many times during the past and i've no complaint. However now i wont actually eat or bring visitors to any gilligan eating place.

I must say i loved their sisig, fried poultry with gravy, gulay kare kare and grilled pusit! Cheese sticks and tokwat baboy as starters certainly are a plus!!! The purchase price is sensible without compromising the flavor!! Would like to commend the friendly employees!!!

On a regrettable whim, we'd lunch time at Gilligan's in Vista Mall, San Fernando on the Sunday of June 5, 2022. There have been ten folks and we attained 12:15 and instantly ordered an array of dishes. All around us were 10 some other clients within.We were told to hold back for 20 to half an hour for our foods to arrive. At 12:45, there is still no food up for grabs so we bought loaf of bread in a nearby bakery for my mother who was simply growing light-headed. We inquire why the orders hadn't arrived and in reaction, a harried-looking waitress at first brings us an extremely watery Sinigang soup with stray items of pork and veggies. At 1 p.m. another seafood fillet dish arrives plus a haphazardly ladled platter of rice. At 1:15, with nothing else up for grabs to consume, we asked a mind waitress why it had been taking such a long time for the others of our orders to reach when there is clearly hardly any some other clients around. She mumbled some vague excuse and ran back to your kitchen to expedite the others of our meal. At 1:35 p.m., the long-awaited teach of food lastly arrived. The Sisig has been greasy, measly and overcooked. The breaded fried poultry was rancid with older cooking oil. All of those other meat meals were sloppily offered in poor portions which were unappealingly cool and bland. We had been designed to wait for one hour and 20 mins for badly prepared, poorly-prepared, rushed meals in terribly little portions topped by inadequate service. Also to be clear, I'm not exaggerating or heading on a hate-stuffed rant. Simply the bare information of our unhappy knowledge. In parting, I told the apologetic waitress: "Now I understand why Gilligan's has 2 donut-shaped orange-lifesavers framing its brand. They either are a symbol of twin zeros or perhaps a pre- caution to unwary customers to save lots of their stomachs and money out of this shipwreck pretending to be always a restaurant.
