This place has been open for over per year now, yet I could try it just lately and I loved it! The area is neat, contemporary, cozy, well-lit and spacious. There is a staircase that links it to the east wing of GrandXing Imperial Resort, that is pretty cool. The area serves Australian ice cream, frappes, crepes, hot and cold beverages, smoothies, pasta, breakfast waffles, etc. I particularly found its collection of ice cream tastes quite fascinating and nowhere else found, like banana caramel swiri, honey malt crunch, Oregon mint fudge, matcha green tea extract, lychee lane sorbet, etc. Plus they tasted so excellent! The fruit flavored ice lotion had little chunks of fruits and tasted excellent! They may be a little pricey (at Php per scoop), but it's worthwhile! Highly recommended!

Their waffle is great so when having it with ice cream at the top (my preference because of this pairing is their Vanilla flavor) this is a dessert that simply satisfies! They will have variety of tastes which includes sorbet. Gelare also offers other light breakfast foods(that i have yet to use because the ice lotion always wins out there) and their coffee (that i have tried) is great.
