The manager/head produced a "scene" within my kid's birthday celebration party. We'd some guests which were seated just beyond your al fresco area (uncertain myself the way the tables and seats finished there or who place them there) but what I'm certain of is theywere struggling to accommodate the amount of visitors they said they might. The area was packed and we'd trouble getting a spot for a few of the guests to consume comfortably. Back again to the "picture", my visitors were in the center of eating once the manager arrived and rushed to the safeguard inquiring him why he allow them sit down there. She wished to take away the tables and chair while our visitors were eating! She mentioned she'll be reprimanded by administration for that. Where has been she to begin with? She was absent, generally, through the event proper in any other case that wouldn't have occurred. Our visitors could listen to her. We couldn't think it had been happening. My mother was freaking out therefore i approached her and inquired if we could allow guests finish eating very first. She could've approached the problem in different ways - "ma'am lipat po tayo dun sa air-conditioned region, mainit po dito sa labas" or "ma'am nadadaanan po kayo ng mga tao dito, baka naiistorbo po kayo. Lipat po tayo sa loob." Lengthy and lacking it, they will have bad customer services that is unacceptable. I furthermore noticed this in another of their staff - it is possible to tell she wasn't joyful whenever we request if she could have a picture folks as her face expression changes. The 2pts. I'm providing them with is just for the meals, location/ambiance. Or even for the scene, bad and unaccommodating overall mindset we obtained, I would've provided them 4pts. P.s. this is actually the first-time I’m writing an assessment on vacation advisor. Sucks that it’s a negative one! My children encouraged me never to let it move. I’m creating this on the FB page aswell.

As the place is as well small to support our guests numbering a bit significantly less than fifty (50), that is compensated by the delicious and yummy selection of food served comprising pork in raisin sauce, chicken ala jillo, bolognese spaghetti, paella valenciana and coffeejelly. Because of Linda and the employees who offered/waited on us.

we were likely to eat at another restaurant nearby nonetheless it turns out it's currently closed. noticed this cafe open up and made a decision to give it a go. was pleasantly surprised. purchased the veg omellette and the longganisa breakfast. will attempt the paella the next time.
