This restaurant looks exactly like a typical mystical hut from the exterior. We appreciated a vegan, dinner such as salad, pumpkin soup and tofu rice meals. We also had espresso and tarragon tea. Foods was superb at sensible prices. Service was great except once the crowdgot huge at lunch therefore we returned during the night for dinner. The employees was courteous good enough to see us of the waiting around time. You should come earlier in order to be served rapidly. December had been a peak month therefore we understood. We loved the meals and the look at from the hut will be breathtaking.Being an avid reader, I really like that they have an accumulation of books for area reading. I also benefit from the warm welcome from their helpful resident cat and dog! Limited parking space. I'd love to go to and try their additional fare when we happen to be Sagada again.

My friends and We visited this eating place for brunch. Its 1.8km from the bus station inside Sagada and therefore, a touch too far to stroll just to eat from alone. We were performing a tourist time where we visited echo valley > luminagburial cave > sumaging cave. It's between lumiang and sumaging cave (700m from sumaging) therefore we stopped along the way. It has absolutely fantastic sights on the valleys below, which function some rice terraces. I believe people come right here for the view on your own and so the cafe has sensible began charging them 50PP should they do this solely and do not eat a meal. We'd some shakes and the starter that have been delicious. The menu furthermore looked excellent. It's marketed as a vegetarian eating place but I did so notice 1 meats dish within. We would attended here for supper but it's just a little too far beyond sagada to fit the bill.

Restaurant / cafe / small library with large image home windows and cozy seating plans get this to a great spot to chillax with friends and family members. Ordered tofu steak and veggie adobo and the helping was ample, sauces excellent and mains super refreshing (as theygrow them within their personal farm). We completely digged the zero waste materials, recycle, book reading concept of the resto that additional excellent character to the atmosphere. The top level had been renovated during our check out and i'm certain it's gonna be amazing. Hard to defeat the spectacular see of the veg terraces.

We visited Sagada recently with my girlfriend and we LOVED Gaia Cafe! We adored it so very much we ate here two times! We attempted the Tofu Steak, Vegetarian Adobo, Pork Shanghai & Tomato Pasta plus they were all incredible! Everything tasted new & there wasn’t oneitem we didn’t liked! We furthermore attempted the Kamote Fries and loved them as well! I must say i liked the Tofu Steak and Tomato Pasta, I cant halted taking into consideration the pasta haha I’m from Una and now wish there is a Gaia Cafe there right now! I understand I will become back in Sagada later on and can’t wait around to consume at Gaia Cafe once again! :)

We visited right before New Year's eve this past year and we enjoyed it thus much that people walked 6 kilometers (back and forth our lodging) merely to eat here. And we ate there two times! The meals is fresh also it tastes good as well. We wereable to use several dishes like Very hot Plate, Vegetarian Adobo, Planting season Rolls, Omelet, Mushroom Noodle Soup, and Vegan Omelette. To inform you truthfully, I cannot think about how it was filled with flavor while most it does not have any meat (only the Springtime Rolls has meats). Tho I would recommend all the food I simply mentioned, in case you are a person who likes spicy meals, try their Warm Plate, it isn't all spice but filled with flavor too, it is rather delish! Not just that, the view has been also amazing, imagine getting surrounded simply by mountains and fields whilst enjoying your sit down elsewhere (I hope to add photos soon). I nevertheless miss the flavor and I'd get back to Sagada if just to consume there again.

The view has already been worth it to keep central Sagada, but additionally the vegetarian-only food is fantastic - at least as you don’t get so very much veggie stuff in the Philippines. Recommend: yes! Only 4 as the food took more than an hour even although therestaurant had not been crowded at all

This place was popularized by way of a local romantic film. From then on people started arriving at this spot to eat also to have photos taken with family members. It is very cozy and feels really warm. There isn’t very much but that has been its appeal, the simpleness. The view can be perfect for an enchanting lunch. I actually like that there surely is a piano that you could play and perhaps serenade your beloved in fact it is not away of tune.
