It’s a paluto cafe ( choose your seafood and they’ll make it for you- how you want it) close to the Mactan Shrine in Cebu. Meals was alright, it had been a little unpleasant because it’s an open up air kind of restaurant, also it was kindof very hot/humid that day time. We enjoyed the meals though.
