I came across this on my do some searching online for Buffet areas - it appeared as if an excellent place for family foods. It’s no problem finding because its together Manila Bay and across from Mall of Asia. I suggest move early if its on a weekend break -so you may get a good desk and find parking. I believe they accept reservations but we couldn’t book because it was Holy Week Dark Saturday whenever we ate here. Restaurant is good lit, nicely decorated and looked very welcoming. Tables are usually good for 4 individuals or 6 people just and are fixed. Therefore our band of 9 occupied 2 tables. However they had tables which were near one another since we were earlier. Hotpot food options were good. That they had alot of range and the waiting employees were very helpful. That they had additional buffet choices of sushi and cooked food. Unlimited beverages/beer. Dessert section as well. Just remember there exists a section not contained in the buffet cost so make sure to ask where that is in the event that you don’t want any further charges. They carry out give Senior Citizen/PWD special discounts and Birthday Celebrants eat free of charge. My just criticism is their billing and transaction system is quite slow. It took permanently to get it completed. And I got to return to cashier and endure there merely to get it finished. My family loved it here but I’m even now undecided if we shall come back. Our band of 14 people only left this place sensation angry and disappointed. We had been celebrating my son's 13th and my brother's nth birthday celebration. I particularly chose this location because I needed them to sing content birthday specifically to my boy. He was searching forwardto it. After 2 hrs of waiting and several (we kept asking if they will sing delighted birthday) reminders, nevertheless no greeting. After 2.5 hours they finally provide a cake for my buddy rather than for my son. But still no song. They finally admitted they forgot. Like actually! We reminded you at the very least 6 freaking times!! Whenever we were going to leave they mentioned they'll at least create a cake with a greeting onto it. We refused to hold back for another Very long time just to await a cake. (Because Im sure they'll forget again). I desire we took our company something else. The meals was excellent and I love the concept if a staff cant obtain stuff jointly it ain't worthwhile!

We sat in waiting around area inside for approximately 5-10 mins because the receptionist informed us to hold back there. Another receptionist called my interest, "ma'am sa labas na lang po tayo, isang representative na lang po". I has been in shock on what the other customers obtain numbers (walk-in numbers) since it had taken us about 3 hrs waiting outside after that no one well informed us that there have been numbers provided. REALLY? AKO NA LANG ANG NATIRA SA LABAS? LAHAT SILA MGA NAKAPASOK NA AT MGA NAKAUPO NA? 'YUNG ASAWA'T ANAK KO KANINA PA KO HINIHINTAY SA LOOB AT NAGTATAKA ANG ASAWA KO BAKIT AKO NA LANG ANG NASA LABAS?! They requested me, "ma'am ano pong amount niyo?" "Sorry wala kasing nag-help samin, kanina pa kaming 3PM dito, kami pa pala ang mahuhuli". She after that gave us a chair. Another receptionist apologized but I don't have the sincerity. I'm in hospitality market for 7 yrs and I learn how to handle visitors complaint. She simply apologized. I don't hear anything from the supervisor, follow-up treatment for the complaint and didn't get a satisfaction. We're really disappointed. Please enhance your service and meals as well.

Great place to invest your meal. Excellent spot to celebrate birthdays. Employees are usually so welcoming. Mr Gin deserves commendation as he could be very accommodating to clients' requirements making our stay an extremely pleasant and unforgettable one. Would recommend to buddies and peers.

She Handled my issue very smoothly and incredibly professional way . We have been several 22 Passengers because of heavy Visitors block we can not reach the restaurants promptly . So our reserved desk was fully booked as well as the period for closing . Whenever we requested her ,she had been work very suddenly and obvious the space and permitted us for getting the food .. Also foods was very exceptional and tasty too . Once again Thanks to Four Periods and Ms. Catherine Ferreras ( Kate ) . We shall come back again ...

We had our supper here last Dec. 10 to celebrate my mom in laws birthday celebration. It had been our fist time and energy to eat right here and the encountered was good. They like the create that you can pick the topings or elements for the hotpot. Thevegetables, seafood and clams were refreshing. My favourite was the beef tenderloin, thay currently marinated it and can take it to your desk once cooked. The flavor was so excellent that I inquired for 4 servings. My children went there Jan. 5, 2020 to celebrate a birthday celebration. We were assigned with their function areas VIP Rm number 4# 4 and VIP Rm number 5# 5. There have been Chinese-design banquet tables with lazy Susan in the centre, and each chair has its personalcooking pot. Directly after we arrived, we wasted like 25 minutes looking forward to you to definitely put the soup in to the pots. During this time period, it was challenging searching for any staff to aid us. Finally, an employee (only 1!! staff assigned for the reason that area in those days) came and attempted to obtain the induction cookers to function. After many tries, it became apparent that a few of the induction cookers had been malfunctioning. And then it just happened... BOOM!!! A noisy explosion occurred and cup shards proceeded to go flying through the area. Positive thing my sister, who was simply right while watching cooker that exploded, had been in a standing place at that precise second. The explosion was effective enough to send cup shards to another side of the desk where my mom has been seated. My elderly mother was therefore shell-shocked over what simply transpired that she could hardly get right up from her chair. Following the explosion happened, that has been enough time that several employees showed up to accomplish the cleanup. They attempted to hide the incident by switching off the lighting, and the personnel blocked the see of my sister who required the photos. We were as well shocked at what occurred and they are the images we could actually take before the employees hurriedly got out all of the mess. My sister and my brother-in-regulation sustained cuts and burn off from the incident. Despite our ordeal out of this dangerous explosion, the cafe supervisor had the gall to insist that people pay the bill, also to pay it completely. I am completely appalled at the callousness and insensitivity of the eating place in handling this incident. I am hoping this acts as a caution to everyone.

nice place near MOA Mall with seaside area ,nice car parking area ,nice staff on counter and waiters are usually good ,cook are usually welcoming and carry out their best ,selection of food ,sweets .I'd say quality of meals at 4 /5 some displayed appearance not that fresh,flavor of some is that good ,its good however, not like a 5 superstar ,sweets are great ,the area is by vikings however, not as effective as vikings or even cafe uno ,or open up buffet by the right hotels in town. overall nice experience best for family. cost is good like 630 each much like 900 or 800 for other open up buffet or eat ally can.
