I visited Flibby's about two different events in 2012. Within my first check out, I experienced their pancake cupcake also it has been horrible. On my 2nd go to, I ordered their Dark Bottom cupcake also it was amazing! I could state that their cupcakes were hit ormiss. I'd definitely have to get back to attempt their Sans Rival cupcake. Indeed. IT EXISTS. It's certainly a location to drop by if you are in Bacolod. They will have items that Calea, Cafe Bob's, C's or Felicia's don't offer. If you are in Bacolod, you need to definitely fall by and revel in some cupcakes.
