I have been to the BEANS and Scent last week, just up the road out of this venue. I have been disappointed right now there and thought this is good location to try - good call. This brand-new establishment - located close to the lobby ofthe 52 tale Horizons 101 - has several similar, and better characteristics: available seating not adopted by studying students, great pastry section, a big selection breakfast and lunch time menu, peaceful, and much better pricing. It's great when smaller competitors outcompetes the large level chains. Worth a trip for sure.
