We were in Manila going to our relatives and close friends which was our first supper out there since our arrival from London. The quantity of new dining places around BGC never does not amaze us, but out of most those we tried, Extra fat hits the location righton. We were fortunate to have were able to secure a desk for a significant number at relatively brief notice, once we heard how occupied FAT can get. The food we'd was sinful, to state the least. The laundry were creamy, wealthy, flavourful, and delicious. As a big party we ordered many meals and each sampled every one of them - we couldn't obtain good enough :P I hadn't experienced Chicharon in a relatively good months, and I could say that consuming FAT's GREEN TEA EXTRACT Chicharon was just ideal! The Salmon Pasta furthermore deserves a mention! The service and the atmosphere were both excellent. We anticipate our return. It is a good work we live up to now away, otherwise we really would get ... well.... Body fat.

FAT can be an interesting concept - plenty of potential. Foods is average to great. Some products are done well just like the duck burger while some are average. I acquired the ribeye steak that was included with a 64 diploma egg (gentle boiled egg) - Alright,but what will that do for the entire dish? No-one cared to describe the chef's idea of how to utilize the egg with the steak or with another side-dish that was included with it. I think occasionally a chef can overthink their preparing food or plating. The steak had been prepared well; nonetheless it had a touch too much unwanted fat or hard gristle. Would I return back? Yes, the eating place deserves another chance. WHEN I said, it will be a fascinating concept that just requires a little great tuning to create it an excellent to great restaurant.
