We have tried several buffet style dining places in Iloilo City which is the best up to now. It's virtually just seafood, however the seafood was superb. Contained in the buffet your day we have there been was an enormous grilled reddish colored snapper, veryfresh, perfectly cooked, laswa (seafood veggie soup), seafood pancit malabon, Caesar salad with squid bands, pork adobo, fried boneless bangus (a seafood) and arroz Valenciana, breaded poultry fillet and others we can not remember. Beverages and dessert are integrated for P345 per person. I'm an American who was raised in the midwest. I can't stand seafood unless it is extremely fresh and very ready. I was happy at Emilion. The eating environment is very wonderful with a dining area on an outdoor patio overlooking the Iloilo River. Fresh brewed coffee could be purchased for P45. One little bit of advice: get there earlier, 11:30 for lunch time, otherwise the best meals may be over.

They serve corned beef sinigang, novel dish. They enable you to flavor the soup before they assist it to regulate the sourness and flavor of one's sinigang. Nice ambience.

It was an excellent treat for just P120 eat whatever you can snacks/merienda. You'll get to eat various kakanin from kutsinta, puto and dinuguan, suman, biko and more. You will also loves their soup and noodles. They assist brewed coffee and clean fruitjuices.
