My famiy has been buying lechon from Elars for more than a decade. I have to admit yes it is extremely good. However, final December 22, we possibly had the most severe lechon from Elars. Super kunat and didn't have the flavor we drool for. I calledthe workplace to produce a complain and all they mentioned had been "pasensya na kasi wala na kami ipapalit" needless to say wala na silang ipapalit at 7pm taking into consideration the demand of the growing season. Lame excuse. I spoke with Michelle and she inquired me to send pictures after seeing the pictures, she said they'll replace. I attempted to call and information on December 26 but unfortunately no word any more from Michelle. Will be this the purchase price we purchase an 8,700 lechon??? Sana pala sa doon na lang kami bumili sa nakatuhog sa roads of Una Loma cheaper pa for that sort of quality! Paid therefore much for just two 2 lechons na sobrang kunat,walang lasa and kinda got some unexplainable odor and worst no problem for the complain! Michelle, you haven't any word of honor.

They always never neglect to amaze us each time we order Lechon(roast pig). The flavor of their lechon will be uncompromised and is close to none. Crispiness of the "balat" will always be consistent also to die for. I've always ordered, suggested, and reserved fortheir lechon on every event. Lechon isn't Lechon and soon you taste Elars. A celebration will never be considered a celebration without it. Customer support is excellent and on point! They'll remind you if you want to choose it up or when u decided to pick out it up. A Special event without Elar's is similar to a Special event without booze.

For a very tasty lechon, this is among the best... We purchased one entire 20k for a particular occasion and we weren't disappointed The lechon has been tender and juicy, and offered on a bamboo tray. Had to choose it up and that has been ourchoice.

We only had 23 hours in Manila thus we took a Get car to obtain here. Not really touristy at all and filled with locals. The laundry here in addition to the Lechon were really tasty. Ensure that you get a frosty tea from the beverages menu.
