From the exterior, it looks like a little hole-in-the-wall, however the place is in fact deep and may seat about 30 people. Interiors were easy, but colourful and pleasing to the eye. The walls had been lined with loom-like decor, and a bad that operates halfwaythrough one side. We got the beef dish with french fried potatoes, tomatoes, and onions. Tasty meat, is actually a bit more tender (unless that isn't how they take action in Peru?) but a touch too many onions with regards to everything else. We furthermore obtained the bruschetta with nice potatoes: again, good, however the portions were inadequate for the purchase price. I should've remembered the titles of the laundry, but eh. Maybe the next time we'll adhere to their specialty poultry. Honestly, I'm presently finding this a little overrated. I do not get the hype. Has been craving for the Tres Leches, or even another dessert, but everything had been sold-out except for the main element lime pie, that i simply wasn't in the feeling for. Staff that served us all were two gentlemen, plus they were good and accommodating, even though they were going to close up to prep for supper service. We'd a late lunch.

Don Andres is an extremely interesting and one-of-a-kind cafe inside the Philippines. I really believe it is the only Peruvian-inspired eating place around. The food has a lot of varieties from poultry, beef, lamb, pork and seafood. Probably the most appetizing will be the dessert-cake known as "Tres Leches".

Arrived here for lunch time and has been surprised that the surface was very easy, with outdoor seating. The inside, though, acquired an adequately sophisticated sense to it. I purchased their Pulpo al Olivo (octopus), which appeared to be a favorite of earlier reviewers, and the recommendedPeruvian Roast Poultry. The Pulpo al Olivo was well-presented - thin slices of octopus arranged in, well, a figure of eight! There is a small plate of crackers and a little dish for the dark olive pass on. The octopus slices appear tough upon very first bite but transpired pretty much, and is great with the dark olive distribute and the neutral flavor of the crackers. The Peruvian Roast Chicken seemed nondescript upon serving, but what separates it from the others may be the three dipping sauces - spiced mayonnaise, Peruvian parsley in oil, and a green sauce (I cannot remember what it had been made of), along with the tenderness of the meat, well-marinated sufficient reason for a herb-infused taste. I especially loved the Peruvian parsley dip! All this was washed straight down with an excellent lemonade. The ambiance was sophisticated though a little dark, but I've no complaints about this. Support was attentive and fast, and the wi-fi has been solid. Although on the expensive side, it appeared to me that excursion into Peruvian foods is really worth it! Highly recommended!

Compared to additional restaurants that declare they are "authentic", I could say without having reservation that Don Andres may be the real offer. Their specialty will be Peruvian, but anyone who cooks or have consumed Spanish cuisine understand the cultural influences they both talk about. Their servings are usually HUGEand they never restrain on seasonings specifically on the roast meats. Heck, they also imported Inca Kola and Chicha corn/maize beverages from Peru to perform the knowledge! Their prices may also be affordable, ideal for a particular date with family members and/or friends. In case you are craving for Latin United states food, tick Peru from your list and check out Don Andres. You will not regret it.

The signature roast chicken is very good. The meats is tender, juicy sufficient reason for enough taste to create it different from another restos who offer nearly similar style...attempted also the beef saltado along with fries, peas and onions..the lemon pie and chocolate cake are alsosurprisingly good from the peruvian inspired kitchen..should come back again to eat here again!

This was previously my favorite eating place in the Scout area. Until the chef remaining for another cafe (Mantaro) to be on his own once again. It seems that they had problems maintaining quality since that time. Pollo ala brasas Poultry is acceptable but dried out. The saucessuch because the aji and chimichurri have already been watered down , therefore lacking the punch in taste that they used to possess. What this eating place has going for it's the Latin United states bar vibe, the interiors are very great with the loom yarn and the Aztec symbols on the walls.

We'd tomato soup, mushroom soup, ceviche, poultry, pork chops, and lomo. Everything was great however the lomo had been to die for. Will certainly return

We had trouble finding this cafe. Overall it had been a so so encounter. Their entrees and primary course are very expensive portion wise. 1/2 chicken (small dimension) plus two personal dimension sides for 380 pesos. No rice yet if you don't choose it asa aspect. Whereas in a respected roast chicken fast-meals its 250 pesos one fourth chicken (big dimension) you'll receive rice, muffin and two sides. My hubby adored their paella, im not just a fan. Its much too salty for me, it isn't your usual paella probably its a peruvian type. My daughter utilized the CR. Its unclean and smelly and incredibly little. One guest flushed the bathroom . and something disgusting arrived from the drain eeewww. We utilized the restroom after consuming if we stayed there for some seconds more we're able to possess puked what we ate. Will we keep coming back? No!

My pal and I made a decision to try Don Andres when our 1st restaurant of preference had an hour waiting around period. And luckily, we were amazed by how great this Peruvian eating place is. We'd the beef and lengua for the main meals and both tastedexcellent. It is a definite must attempt in this cozy community.
