Buffet has plenty of choices, meaty western things, sushi, desert. A few of this is a bit cool though, they have to arrive the heating system pads, who would like cold ribs?

Had valentines supper here, food was superb as always, lovely environment, friendly staff not to mention beautiful surroundings. I experienced supper there another evening furthermore, excellent too. Would recommend!

We were extremely disappointed with the breakfast. It’s really real, the initial impression it’s all of the issue in the guest expertise. We attained the hostess stand and requested the table for 3 by the home window. She did not still acknowledge us but stated pleasestand privately and someone will help you. This other terrible lady arrives and without watching us just asked us to check out. When we pointed out that she had not been bringing us to a screen desk we asked her and she said with a rude tone “forget about window tables” So we returned to the hostess who assigned us to a window desk and lastly got it. The buffet had not been refilled, many people crowded and stations and sanitation..::OMG......dirty rather than at just about all up to five star hotel!! After that we asked for freashly squeezed orange jimuice explaining that people don’t want it if it's not really freshed. The waitress verified that it had been fresh. She brought us three glasses with bottled non fresh orange juice./.another disappointment. I returned to see should they had replaced watermelon in the buffet however, not yet unfortunately. THEREFORE I asked among the buffet attendants when she'd replenish and she response “wait for some time”....I was thus upset and disappointed and asked to create it to the desk....please see the image of what we got . The best part may be the bill....4347 PHP (almost 100 Usd for three....insane because of this bad service. Lastly...for personal encounter I understand Shangri-La la makati will not hire people who have braces as that is a conversation barrier with the particular guest interaction. I believe that most of the individuals working here nowadays yes they didn't use braces but believe that they had no grin, no guest conversation, no concentrate on guest experience!!!! X on this property!
