Ding How has been a big name inside dim sum several years ago and its own closure has been a sad period for most of its fans inside Cebu. When I heard they have reopened, We produced a promise to create my siblings right now there onmy next stop by at Cebu. It was a fascinating step back in its history.Yes, the eating place looked classier and new however the menu are mainly the same (a few of the older favorites just like the almond pudding had been noticeably absent) and served from the same kind of style of carts. A few of the items might use a bit more polish since their competition also have stepped up their video game. The staff were accurate and professional, as soon as I made reservations also to the period I covered it (we were several 8, a sizable amount of its space but items went fast and clean).

Soup was good however the fried food has been terrible rather than even crunchy - chewy from best. Adhere to the steamed food rather. Nice interiors though.
