very dissapointed making use of their organization in booking. We were quite definitely looking forward to stick to their hotel and revel in their food and area and then find out whenever we obtained there that the reserving had been cancelled by them. we had to check by ourself about our e-mail and our mobile phone was lowbat. in those days the receptionist had been suggesting us to find the living room which we dont want.. by enough time we found the reference they simply informed us that it had been cancelled and they may also print the cancellation e-mail to them. I have my own lodging listed in booking.com and i understand how this cancellation functions.. We came from an extremely long trip, our cell phone was low battery also it was center of your day very hot to consider last second accommodation and the area was not that near other places. We realize that you cancelled our booking as you would rather give it to a person with higher transaction but for the report you managed to get very inconvenient for all of us and you also made us extremely dissapointed. I hope some other clients wouldnt experience this.

Went seeing that a family group of 3 for 3 nights. Unfortunately, the resort overbooked and the area initially booked (area with a balcony) had not been the one we received. Directly after we spoke to administration, we had been transferred the next night. The rooms have become spacious,decorative and very basic. I wouldn't state cleanliness reaches the top of these priority list, especially as this place is certainly INFESTED by ants. Staff are usually pleasant, cannot fault their hospitality.. specially the staff providing regional transportation just outside the hotel (tricycle motorists), they got us on an excellent city tour. As stated by other people, I must say i pity the dogs, that are held on leashes all day every day! I took one for a stroll and he obviously loved it, it's simply unfortunate he is continued a leash all. the. time. he really requirements more tlc.! Furthermore, be familiar with the locks on the doorways, both areas we stayed in acquired locks that were very hard to both lock and open up. Overall, we shall DEFINITELY NOT maintain a hurry to come back to this hotel anytime soon. This hotel can be ANT INFESTED!!! Obtained bitten sooo often.!!!

myself and my fiancé stayed here for 4 times and we loved the area! very quiet not really crowded whatever you hear may be the sound of character each morning and during the night. paid significantly less than 2k for a evening very affordable! we liked swimming inthe swimming pool. 4-5ft lang kaya super alright for all of us na hndi marunong lumangoy. there is also jacuzzi! bar at the swimming pool is really cool! however the bartender is not quite accommodating, parang foreigner lang pinapansin. the area we got is actually nice.really spacious at meron pang further bed sa ilalim. restroom is really nice as well! medyo madilim lang. at yung hair shampoo mind and shoulders sachet.lol but its alright coz we brought our very own naman. the meals is fantastic, mahal lang but worthy of the price, foods can be super yummy and best for sharing, american dimension. the hotel is definately not the town kasi sobrang nasa looban sya but beyond your resort meron namang tricycle na pwedeng sakyan. paid 80pesos for tricycle. mabait ang mga trike driver nila. a very important factor we didn’t like will be their laundry assistance, pissed me off kasi sabi 24hrs we are able to obtain it na pero lumagpas na hindi padin daw nakatupi.followed up often bumaba pa kami sa entrance desk just to obtain it kasi hindi sinasagot ang telephone.tapos one shirt isn't mine pa nagkapalit daw. but over-all its a good spot to stay! we’ll go to again soon!
